The Romanoff agent is very attentive and is highly skilled at covert missions and combat, she has been trained in many forms and is fluent in many languages; Currently known: Russian, English, Latin, and German. As Everett Eliard reads the digital letters on the screen in front of him from a girl a few thousand miles away it dawns on him that this is real. Elara is deep undercover, after limited contact over the past four months and even less classified information, they finally got something big. Elara and Everett didn't have all the time in the world, after telling Elara's father that she would be going to train for the next year to heighten her abilities and improve her strength somewhere in the mountains, they decided that they would have 1 year to complete the mission without drawing suspicion. Then, they could reveal their plan and their newly gained important intel to the rest of the HYDRA agents and finally impress Mr. Schmidt and be a major help to the rest of HYDRA. Everett Eliard begins to make a written copy of the report, quickly scribbling in the most important notes. Everett also makes a mental note of how Elara or 'Aubria' must be earning their trust to move far up in the chain of command and gain the trust and personal information of the S.H.I.E.L.D operatives. The black ink stains the paper, dragging along spidery dark marks to form the words of the report, the white paper rests atop of a yellow folder dubbed "AUBRIA BURCHETT". The pen, finished striking the paper, is placed down upon the grey table. The young man closes the folder, begins to stand up, and turns off the computer.

"Nat, for the last time I don't think Barton and I versus you is fair"
"Bria, It most definitely is, out of us all I have the most training, and besides I'm using the new gear"
The archer and the woman groan
"Not again" Elara cries out
"Yes again, what will you do if an enemy uses that against you, ask them politely not to?"
"I mean-" The young woman is interrupted by the red-head
"One time?" Natasha pleads with the unwilling participants.
"Nat, if you wanted to lose that bad, you should've just said so" Clint Barton says stretching his arms across his body in a warming up motion. Clint walks to the table near the corner of the room and retrieves his bow.
"Really Barton?" Elara deadpans as she strides over to the table as well retrieving a small retractable bow staff.
"Time for protect your senior citizens day"
"You know I'm not that old right?"
"Okay, congrats your both kids not get over here so I can try out my new toys"
"See what you agreed to" The woman whispers to the archer next to her. Both immediately regretting their decisions to participate in the spar. The pair tentatively walk towards the redhead in the center of the room. Natasha wearing an all black suit newly issued by S.H.I.E.L.D for the agent looked a lot more menacing, compared to the current garbs of the two other agents. Clint Barton was wearing a simple grey shirt and black pants, while his teammate 'Aubria' was wearing black leggings and a white sports bra. Both agents were awaiting the arrival of their new field uniforms, Hawkeye knew what he was getting- the same as always- just a seemingly newer version with slightly better tech, Elara on the other hand had no clue what was in store for her.
Once the pair of agents met their enemy in the center of the room they ceased walking.
"Ready?"
"Ready"
The redhead lunges towards the brunette female. Elara side steps out of the way and Natasha circles back around. Elara extends her bow staff and begins to twirl it around, Natasha grabs something out of her pocket and lunges forward once more. Natasha's electrically charged stick meets Elara's metal bow staff. A jolt of electricity surges from her hand through her whole body and she crumbles to the ground like a jenga set.
"Owww oww a warning would have been nice, shit ow" Elara squirms around on the floor clutching her electrocuted hand, her body still simmering with energy.
"Who brings a metal staff to an electricity fight, I'm teaching you common sense, now next time you won't make the same mistake" Natasha points to the squirming ball on the floor, reprimanding her for her stupidity. The male begins to laugh at the two, acting almost like sisters with the older reprimanding the younger, to Barton it was plain to see that the women had clicked almost as soon as they met. He thought that it was very refreshing and pleasant to see Natasha have female friends whom she truly connected with.
"Barton, Romanoff and Burchett, meeting now" A crackly voice interjects from the speaker on the wall of the room, the voice from the intercom strikingly close to Fury's.
"Well, I guess we'll never know who's better" Elara coughs out on the floor.
"Yeah, we'll never know" Natasha responds with a laugh and holds out a hand for the brunette.
The brunette, being too proud ignores Natasha's hand and uses her remaining strength to push herself on her feet- it's not like Elara was seriously injured, she was basically a super soldier after all, she just wasn't expected to get electrocuted with such force, at such a high voltage. The three agents make their way out of the training room and into the hallway. The three travel down the corridor into the meeting room on the training floor to be greeted by Nick Fury.
"So, I'm guessing you guys have heard of the rumors- We have found the remains of Captain America and his ship, I would've waited to tell you this if it were not for a change in his condition. It seems our friend has been 'unfrozen'" Fury perks his fingers in a quotation motion at that word "and is back as a functional member of society- well as functional as a 90 year old who missed 70 years of his life can be"
"Wait, so it's true he's alive? How?" Elara questions the man in front of her. How could he be alive? His ship went down after he was killed by Grandfather- but that was 70 years ago, surely he should be dead by now. Elara weighs the situation in her mind searching for an answer to her question.
"We aren't entirely sure, but we think it has something to do with the super soldier serum in his body" Nick Fury tries to explain, but finds it hard to do so when neither he nor high ranking scientists in S.H.I.E.L.D know the answer to that question. "Nothing I have said leaves this room, Am I clear? The public cannot know about this yet. We've already had to demote one officer from running his mouth. I am not scared to do the same to any of you" Nick Fury is answered with yeses and nods from all three agents in front of him. With that Fury turns on his heel and takes his leave from the room.
A/N: Sorry this one is so short, I'm trying to pick up that pace a little more so I can get Steve Rogers in here soon. I'm so excited for that!! I can't wait to see your guys' reactions to the two interacting. I would like to say, I'm going to slowly start referring to Elara to Aubria as the story progresses because that's what all the avengers and SHIELD agents know her as. As always let me know what you want to see or what you liked, or what I can improve on. Until Next Time! -Thea
