so normally when I shift I set my intention in the morning by writing on a paper that im gonna shit tonight and then I set the paper on fire and inhale the fumes. then I eat the paper. that kind of helps me get in the mindset that im gonna shit tonight. throughout the day i try to encourage myself to shit by preparing my body since being a superhero really is straining. throughout the day while I walk I kind of just squat here and then. sometimes I feel myself shitting already and that's a good sign.

then at night i light a vanilla candle and wet my socks (ik vanilla is basic but it smells so good. reminds me of that time i was dating a guy who worked at a ice cream place. he didn't smell like vanilla but his manager did. Josh if your reading this I miss you) (josh is the manager)

i lay down in my bed and I don't put a blanket because it makes me sweat and once I get sweaty my armpits start smelling really bad then I just end up knocking out
