"Levy- chan!" Lucy called to the blue haired mage, who had been sitting quietly at the bar, next to Gajeel, reading a book.

Levy looked up from her book, "What is it Lu?"

"I found the perfect job for today, and I thought maybe you'd like to take it with me and Natsu." Lucy stated.

"I don't think that such a good idea." Levy said, "you guys don't want me tagging along with you and having to split your reward with me."

"It's not for the jewels," Natsu said, "it's for fun."

"But what about the baby?" Levy continued, "I really shouldn't be doing to much or running around."

"Well we did say the job was perfect for you," Lucy said, " you don't even have to do much work, check it out."

She handed Levy the request paper she'd been waving around the whole time she was talking.

Levy scanned it over, "Hmm, this is in the library. To find a book that's been lost in the shelves."

Lucy nodded and grinned, "Doesn't it sound fun?"

"It sounds easy, anyone can find a book." Levy said.

"But this one is apparently pretty important, and they fear someone might run into it while looking around the library," Natsu said, "its not supposed to be out on the shelves."

"You should take it," Gajeel spoke up, "spending some time in the library might help with some of that stress. And I've got things I have to do today, this way, I can have these two looking after you."

"Okay," Levy said, "maybe I can get a new book while I'm there."

"She's fired up now." Natsu pitched.

"Thanks for the encouragement." Levy said, hoisting herself out of her seat.

"Oh and Natsu," Lucy said, "make sure you don't accidentally burn the place down."

"Have fun," Gajeel gently took Levy's hand and kissed it, "I'll see you in a little while."

...................

"You know what sounds nice," Natsu said as he, Lucy, and Levy walked back away from the library, Levy walking between the two, "lunch."

"Natsu, you're always hungry." Levy curred.

"Actually," Lucy pitched, "Lunch sounds really nice, let's go somewhere nice and have some."

"Well we're heading back to the guild anyway," Levy said, "we can eat there."

"Come on Levy," Natsu whined, "it would be nice to eat somewhere else for a change."

"Yeah," Lucy nodded, "enjoy your day out with us, we're pretty fun."

With that she and Natsu have each other a big high five.

"Okay," Levy said, "there are some pretty nice places around town."

....................,

"Now what do you want to do?" Natsu asked excitedly.

"Well we could go back to the guild," Levy said,"or go back home."

"That's not fun!" Lucy whined.

"What is with you guys?" Levy asked, "we've been out all day, don't your feet hurt?"

"Well yeah," Lucy said,"but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy a long day out."

"We can do something sitting," Natsu pitched, "Luce, buy us some bread, we're going to the park."

"Then why so we need bread?"

"To go feed the ducks!" he exclaimed.

"Natsu, I'm really tired. Maybe we should just go home," Levy huffed, "It's almost sunset, we'll feed the ducks tomorrow."

"No," Lucy chirped, "sunset is the best time to feed the ducks. Come on, It'll be relaxing."

"I feel like I've already worked nine to five." Levy said.

Lucy just ignored this comment and went off and quickly returned with bread.

She and Natsu hooked Levy's arms in theirs and took off walking with her.

................,.............

Well, even though we were out ALL day," Levy huffed, "I still had fun."

"If you ever want another," Natsu said, "you know who to find."

"Okay, I'm going to go now, I'm sure this baby wants to see daddy again, and so do I." Levy said.

"Here," Lucy took Levy's keys from her and plucked the stack of books from her hand, "we'll help you in."

She handed the books to Natsu and unlocked the door, opening it wide for all of them to step through.

"I'm home," Levy called, "and hello couch."
"Wait, wait, wait," someone said, before Levy had the chance to sit down, "there's one more thing you should see."

"Mirajane?" Levy inquired of the person who had entered, telling her not to sit just yet, "what are you doing here?"

"Doesn't matter," she clipped, "just come here." Mirajane took Levy's hand and led her quickly down the hall, towards the spare room.

"What is it Mira...." Levy stopped mid sentence, she was two astounded by the transformed spare room.

"Do you like it?" Gajeel, who had been standing in the room, asked.

"Wha.. is this what you guys have been doing all day?" She asked everyone in the room. Mirajane, Lissana, Juvia, and Gray were all in there smiling at Levy expectantly.

Levy stepped in, too shocked to speak.

The room had been turned into a nursery, the walls freshly painted, a crib and all other baby materials set around.

The walls were soft and soothing blue, with stars and fairies and even a dragon decorating the walls.

The crib was large and was crafted from iron, carved intricately and ornately.

"Do you like the mobile?" Gray pointed out the mobile hanging above the crib, "everyone from the guild made an ornament to put on it."

"It was Gajeel's idea." Juvia chimed.

This was true, from the beaded strings hung a golden replica of a celestial key from Lucy, a water droplet from Juvia, a silver snowflake from Gray, a flame design from Natsu, a lightning bolt from Laxus, a shining magic card from Cana, a wooden horse from Laki, a fairy from Evergreen, a rune design from Freed, a butterfly from Elfman, Mirajane, and Lissana, a sword from Erza, and several more. The longest one , hanging closest to the crib, was the FairyTail emblem, scarlet red and shining.

Gajeel came up to Levy. "Come here," he led her over to the mobile, "I made two from us." he pointed out the two that hung next to the emblem, the next longest hanging ornaments.

One was an open book, and on it rested a pair of glasses, obviously to symbolize Levy.

The other, Gajeel's, was a small dragon, crafted from iron with a lustrous sheen.

"Wow... I ..." Levy's eyes started to fill up with shining droplets, "this is beautiful, Gajeel."

She jumped into his arms, burying her face in his shoulder, weeping tears of joy.

"So you like it?" Gajeel asked, wrapping his arms around Levy, holding her tightly against him.

"I do, I do, "she said, between sobs, "it's perfect. Thank you Gajeel."

"Anything for you," he said, gently running his hand over her hair, "and for our baby."

"Oh," she said, "you're going to be a great father," she let go of Gajeel, rubbing away tears from her face with her sleeve, "this is the best. Thanks to all of you guys to, it means a lot. I'm happy to know that our baby's family won't just be me and Gajeel, it will be you guys too. Because you're my family."

"It may not be perfect, but it's still perfect!"
