A/n here ! I just wanted to say that the beginning of this chapter will be a bit rushed, because I want to go to the interesting moment of the story (and the spicy I know this is what you guys are waiting for it). Thank you for being so comprehensive !

PLEASE READ : also I decided that the chapter will be shortened. Because at the precedent chapter I wrote around 2000 words, and I realized that it was pretty long to read. Also, I will do a LOT of time skip, because we would never go on the good part if we describe not interesting things too much.

3rd person POV :

When y/n woke up, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin were surrounding her.

'What the hell ?! Why are they staring at me AGAIN ?!'  Y/n thought.

Then Eren, protective over her, said "I think you guys should stop staring at her !"

Armin stared at the ground because he was embarrassed. He wanted to reply back at Eren and say that he was staring at her too, but he was already tired by yesterday's quarrel and didn't want any problem.

"Hum, hey ? Good morning." Y/n said.

Eren cheerfully replied "Good morning y/n !"

Then Eren glared at Mikasa and Armin.

The blond boy was quick-witted and immediately understood that Eren wanted to talk alone with y/n.

He stood up and grabbed Mikasa, made up a poor excuse, and went away with her.

'Finally alone' Eren thought.

There was so much that he wanted to ask her.

Was she happy that he told her that she was beautiful ?

Will she be joining the training with them ?

'Will she be my girlfriend ?'

He blushed at the last thought.

Y/n, who was watching him lost in his thought, found his features even more beautiful.

When he was thinking, he would press his lips, his eyebrows would slightly frown, and his eyes ...

'God his eyes'

His beautiful green eyes would have that glimmer of concentration.

She remembered their conversation last night.

'Damn god, why ? Why did I tell him that he was handsome ?'

Then, she felt heat growing in her cheeks because recalled what Eren said to her.

'You too, you're the most beautiful that I've ever met in my life'

'Damn, that guy sure knows how to talk with lady, huh'

He shook his head, cleared his throat, took his courage, and asked her "Y/n, last night when you (fainted) slept, Armin, Mikasa and I decided to join the training corps, and (I) we wonder if you wanted to join too."

Panicking inside, he also adds "But I understand if you don't want to ! It's dangerous and you could die and-"

"I'll join with you"

"Oh ! I understand that you don't want to- WHAT ?!" Eren was shocked because he thought that she was going to refuse.

Y/n jiggled a bit because of his reaction.

"I said that I'll join you"

'wherever you go'

Eren noticed how she amplified the word you and felt a feeling that he never felt. A new feeling.

A really pleasing feeling around his heart.

Even though y/n agreed on joining him, he still wanted to know her motive. She didn't look like a soldier at all.

She looked frail, sweet, soft and beautiful. She didn't belong to a world full of cruelty. 'She should be happy, without any worries, y/n shouldn't have to fight. She should have been free'

"But why ? Why did you choose to join me ? Not that I'm not glad ! Of course I-"

"Because now, I don't have anything to lose anymore."

Eren felt a pinch in his heart. It kills him that she's suffering.

"Listen, I may sound strange right now since we just barely know each other, but I feel safe and good around you. Even though we barely know each other, I don't want to lose you. I don't want you to leave me." Y/n said, tears threatening to fall.

'So I'm not the only one who feels this connection between us' Eren thought.
(A/n note : ofc because this is called love at first sight you dummy !)

"Y/n ... you don't sound strange to me. I feel the same toward you. I promise to you that I will never leave you. Let's promise each other that we'll always be by each other's side"

Y/n's eyes went wide open and tears flowed out of them because of his declaration.

For the first time, the two teenagers felt the feeling of love. The one without any condition, without any judgment. Just pure love.

"I promise Eren. I'll be by your side no matter what."

And little did Eren know, she'll never break that promise.
