Five years later, June 3rd

Harry's POV

"Do you have everything you need?" Charlotte asks me as I zip up my suitcase.

"Yup, just finished packing." I smile and look around my room to see if I've forgotten anything before following Charlotte down the hall to the living room where Jason waits on the couch.

"I can't believe I'm actually going, this is so exciting." I squeak and my parents smile at me, before pulling me in for a hug.

We've all come to terms with Olivia's passing. We slowly healed, at our own pace each. It still hurts to see the empty chair at the dinning table or her flower crown that I have hung up in my room, but I know she's up there in the stars with my grandmother.

They're probably laughing at me while having a tea party in fairy wings and pretty dresses.

I shake my head at the thought and pull away from the embrace with a content smile.

"I'll miss you guys." I pout and kiss Charlotte on the cheek.

"We'll miss you too baby, but you will have so much fun, you will probably forget about us." Jason says and we all laugh.

"Harry mate, hurry up, you're taking forever." Sounds a voice from outside and I roll my eyes.

"Seems like Niall is getting impatient, I'd better get going." I hug them one last time before leaving the house, carrying my suitcase with me.

"Fucking finally." Niall scoffs as I walk down the front steps of the house and reach Niall's car.

"Shut up Niall, we had to wait for you four hours yesterday to finish eating." I snap back and he rolls his eyes getting into his car behind the wheel.

I walk around the car and put my suitcase in the back before heading back to the front and getting in to the passenger seat.

"Hi boys." I turn around smiling at Zayn and Liam who sit in the back, their hands linked.

"Hey Harry." Liam greets me with his warm smile and Zayn just nods his head.

"Zayn lad, if you're going to be bitter this whole trip, maybe you shouldn't come." Niall turns around and tells the raven haired boy, who just rolls his eyes and look out the window.

"No he'll stay, but he promises to be nicer, right Zaynie?" Liam looks over to his boyfriend who sighs and gives in with a nod.

"Fine. Hi Harry." He says to me and I give him a smile, he only half returns.

After we moved back to Cheshire, the first year was hell. Absolute hell.
I tried to end my life more than once, Charlotte, blamed Olivia's deatg on herself, and ended up drinking a bit too much one night. Jason was the only one who kept the family together and I've never been more grateful for that.

The next year, I ran into Niall at the local grocery store and we became inseparable after that. We soon caught up on everything that happened after I left the orphanage and he told me that he had kept in touch with Liam and Zayn as well.

At first I was nervous to see my old friends again, but after five minutes of us being together I felt like home again. The next few years we basically did everything together, the four of us and this year we finally decided to go on summer vacation together.

Taking Niall's car and driving across the country, stopping at every city that looks appealing, was the perfect holiday for us and once the chance was given we couldn't miss to take it. So we did. And here we are.
