House Placing

Hey, guys! All of you who are my friends that are reading this, I hate you. Except for the obvious people. I have changed the school into Hogwarts because I had a dream where my fanfic people were in Hogwarts, so I'm using it. Nobody stop me! There will be some things from Harry Potter that will take place. You can tell by the name of the chapter that the hat is in it. Oh! Also, I have deleted many of my fanfics. That's because I just didn't have enough imagination with them like this one. I make this up as I write it, so..... Yeah. Just read the damn chapter already! Pic of the day is Yuki! I know I can't draw! Don't judge me!

~ Fuck this shit. I'm changing my name to Jack. Jack's Pov~

Eliza said, "We were just about to go to the Great Hall for the House placing for the first years. Since you two are new, would you like to come with us? It's our second year here besides Gamzee, and we like to see the first years get chosen. I'm in Gryffindor, Dani's in Slytherin, and-" "And I'm in Ravenclaw," Yuki finished.

We looked back to see that the twins had gone somewhere else. "Sure! We would love to come with you!"

We found out while walking to the Hall that the twins we were hanging out with were just temporary until we found our House. We would move to the dormitory of the House the next day.

Once we got to the Great Hall, I saw immediately it looked terrible. It had the ceiling look like there was no roof, so it was really sunny. I hate the sun. Kaya, on the other hand, loves the sun.

"First years line up, please," a professor said. We all lined up. I somehow got pushed to the very front. Like I was the first one in line. Kaya was the very last. I do not want to rephrase the speech of the Sorting Hat. If you want to know it, read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Only thing I changed was they go in order from the line, not the names. I also changed a few things with the Hat, too.

After the speech was done, the professor, Ms. Chase I think, motioned me over to the stool in front of the Hall. I sat on it, and saw that the professor was about to put a really ugly witch hat on me. I did not want that thing on me. Professor Chase put the stinky, ugly hat on me. What I didn't know was that once the hat is on you, it shows everybody what monster you are.

"Jack Hawthorne. Part vampire, part banshee, and part siren. Hmmm... You are pretty tough to deal with since your personality is one thing, and your history is another............ SLYTHERIN!" the Hat said.

The rule is still there. You know, boys and girls sleep in the same room, but not that way? Remember? No? Ah well. Your loss. Read this all over again then.

I saw a girl named Lucy get put in Gryffindor, another girl named Aneysha get put in Ravenclaw, Gamzee put in Gryffindor, and the worst of all, Kaya was put in Gryffindor. I heard Gryffindor and Slytherin are mortal enemies with each other. Maybe not anymore... hopefully.

It was the next day, and I had said goodbye to Kaya. Apparently, the professors used their magic to teleport our luggage to the dorm we're staying in while we were sleeping.

They had told me somebody would meet me to take me to the dorm at this weird dead looking tree. I found out it moves as a protector for it's roots, so I decided to play on it until the person came. It was fun dodging it's branches and climbing on the trunk. I got caught in the branch one time, so I just made it a carousel. That was really fun while it lasted. Apparently, Dani had come to get me, but he saw me playing with the tree and decided to make himself invisible and watch me.

Only way I knew he was there was because even though he's invisible and a shadow spirit doesn't mean his shadow can go away.

The tree was exhausted with playing with me, so it went back to being a tree. I was hanging upside down when I noticed the shadow that resembled Dani. "I know you're there. Come out. I've been waiting for you to take me to the dorm." He became visible and motioned for me to follow him. I jumped down the tree and started to follow him to the dorm.

When we got to my room, I found out it was two people a room, so I would just have to wait for my roommate to come. I saw my luggage next to one bed, so I ran to that bed and flopped onto it. Dani hadn't gone away. At least, I think so. He might have gone invisible again. I don't know anymore. He left the door open, so I went to close it. As soon as I closed it and turned around I saw Dani's face right in front of me.

He scared me so much I used my banshee scream. He didn't really notice that I used it because he was laughing his butt off. He was in his human form, too.

"So I'm guessing you're my roommate?" I said. He nodded yes. "Do you not talk much?" He shook no. Okay! Nod means yes and shake means no. Okay? Okay. No! I hate TFIOS! DON'T GET ME STARTED ON AUGUSTUS! HE IS STUPID! UGH!

He got off the floor and went to his bed to go read a book.

I decided to look around the school. The week was off instead because of more settling in and getting to know roommates. I just wanted to see what the place looked like. I walked past a field where some kind of air football was playing. Quidditch and football together. I am a fucking genius!

I passed a few greenhouses. I saw a weird looking hut. When I got to the dungeons, let's just say that was the most interesting part of my wandering around...
