Ok this is going to sound weird but, go to a hill, the roof, your house it doesn't matter! Just scream or yell out all the stuff you hate and are sad about and just let it all out.
If you feel uncomfortable doing that get a mason jar or cup or something and just do ^^ into it. Or writing it down and destroying it helps too!
Screw the people that might look at you weird you will probably not remember them in 5 years.
