the five of you headed towards the ramen shop. kenma was playing on his psp, bokuto and kuroo where talking about who knows what, and you and akaashi were walking together.
"the sun set already," akaashi mentioned.
"oh yeah, you can see the stars now," you said.
"oya? y/n likes stars?" kuroo asked.
"oh yeah she's crazy about those things!" bokuto exclaimed.
"just because i have a telescope at home, it doesn't mean i'm 'crazy' about stars,"
"literally every time i spend the night at your house, you look at the stars,"
"sh- shut up," you stuttered.
"hey what's that constellation over there?" kuroo pointed to it.
"which one?" you asked.
"that one that looks like a tail," he said.
"oh scorpius," you said.
"scorpius?" kuroo asked.
"yeah it's a constellation and the zodiac sign is scorpio," you said.
"ohhh aren't the zodiacs like based when you were born or something?" he asked.
"yeah i'm [zodiac sign]," you said.
"i'm a virgo!" bokuto said proudly.
"what am i?" kuroo asked.
"when's your birthday?" you asked.
"november 17," kuroo answered.
"huh, funny, you're a scorpio," you said.
"really?" he said.
"i'm a sagittarius," akaashi finally spoke.
"oh! i saw that virgos and sagittarius are compatible, maybe that's why we get along akaashi!!" bokuto exclaimed.
"what about you kenma?" you asked.
"libra." he said.
the five of you finally arrived at the restaurant and immediately ordered. you sat down and ate your food while talking about anything and everything.
when you were talking to kuroo, you saw akaashi fidgeting and shifting. you got used to noticing these subtle hints that he was uncomfortable, but bokuto distracted him by asking if he saw his spikes in the match earlier.
bokuto ended up paying for everything, since he wanted to treat his friends. kuroo and kenma headed towards the place they were staying at, so it was you, bokuto, and akaashi walking home.
"ko," you said.
bokuto hummed to let you know that he was listening.
"you're not a virgo," you said.
"IM NOT?!!?!" he was shocked.
you burst out laughing. even akaashi chuckled.
"I WAS JOKING!" you laughed.
"not funny, y/n. not. funny." he said.
the three of you arrived at bokuto's house. then, it was just you and akaashi.
"kaashi, are you okay?" you asked.
"mhm why?" he asked.
"i saw you fidgeting earlier in the restaurant. was something wrong?"
"n-no, i was just thinking about what i could've done better in the match," he said.
"oh- okay," you said.
the two of you finally arrived at your house.
"well, i'll see you tomorrow, kaashi," you said.
"yeah y/n, see you tomorrow," he hugged you and kissed your forehead before walking away to his house.
you went inside your house and saw your mom in the kitchen.
"where were you, young lady?" your mom asked.
"i was with bokuto and akaashi, and some other friends," you said.
"oh okay! how are things between you and akaashi?" she asked.
you contemplated whether you should tell your mom about akaashi.
"umm, everything's good, we're fine and all," you said.
"you're lying," she said.
"w-what?"
"you do a certain thing when you lie,"
"ugh fine," you sat down.
"i just- i don't know, every time i talk to or even mention kuroo, akaashi gets either fidgety or insanely quiet, it's freaking me out a bit. but whenever bokuto talks to him, he seems to forget about it." you said.
"hm, it seems he might be jealous? or maybe he's worried about how you see him."
"well, with my eyes," you said.
"y/n! you know what i mean!"
"no, yeah, i know." you got up.
"i'm going to my room," you said.
"you're not going to eat?"
"i ate ramen before coming home!"

you went into your room and changed into comfortable clothes. you checked your phone and saw that you had a message from akaashi.
