Toby gave me most of their design so I added extra details
Here's the design I was given:

-So, since I thought the scarf was supposed to represent Sapnap, I had it be on fire since Sapnap is a blaze. So, headcanon, Toby can make stuff catch on fire by touching them.
-I added the pride flags on their cuffs on their shoulders, and thought since they already had one in the design made the matching bandage where it was.
-Wings bc Quackity has duck wings
-Species: part human, part blaze, part duck...That's awesome
-Beanie bc Quackity
Since what I added was short, have some headcanons:
-Toby has flying abilities but not too high, and really fire abilities
-Since time-traveling affected Karl's body, it sorta still affected Toby's, so I was supposed to add swirls on their cheeks, but forgot.
-The headset can be used for autotune
-Karl gave them the goggles when he wanted to stop time traveling, but ended up making a new pair for aesthetic.
-These three chaotic husbands. Raising a kid. Just let that sit in.
(Just realized my character feels boring bc I'm just part sheep, part human, so I need ideas.)
