I followed my friends out of the academy, tagging along at the back of the group. Man, i fell like death warmed up...i'm just so tire-
' Akashi! Get your butt over here! ' A voice broke into my train of thoughts, and the next thing i knew i was wobbiling back and forward on one foot trying to keep my balance. No such luck.
Stupid Darn Feet.
I could hear hear lots of voices laughing. Great, i'm never gonna hear the end of this. I tried to pull myself up off the ground but fell back AGAIN. More laughing. So i decide to simply roll over, and look for shapes in the clouds. Like i said, i'm so...... ti..red......
' Naruto, she'll kill you if you do that. You do know that, right? '
' Of coarse. But it'll be so funny. You're just too scared to do it as well! '
The voices woke me up. They will pay. Nobody wakes me up....
' AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NARUTO! You're so dead! Your DOOMED! '
I could feel water drip slowly off my face. The ICE cold water. My anger somehow managed to get me up, and i was soon chasing after Naruto.
Shikamarus POV.
Me and the guys walked out of the academy and sat under the tree in the shade, starting conversations about the lesson Iruka-sensai had just covered.
' Akashi! Get your butt over here! ' Kiba yelled over at a figure walking slowly towrds us. So that's where she went. The figure looked up, then stumbled over her own feet, causing her to wobble back and forth before collapsing in a heap on the ground. As small chuckle came from my lips, this was to funny. She tryed to pull herself up, but failed again. So she just rolled over and stared up at the sky. Out of the corner of my eye i see Naruto get up with a bottle of water in his hand. How troublesome. Naruto was so doomed, but i tried to warn him any way.
' Naruto, she'll kill you if you do that. You know that right? '
' Of coarse! But it'll be so funny! You're just to scared to do it as well! '
Yep, he was dead.
' AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NARUTO! You're so dead! Your DOOMED! '
I chuckled. Naruto was in for it. They both set off running, but knowing Akashi, she'll have him in a headlock in five minutes,pull out a kunai knife and scare the hell out of him.
' Guys! Now that Akashi's gone for a bit, what are we going to do for her birthday? same as usual? Ichiraku's? ' Choji asked us. I nodded in agreement. We always took Akashi out for dinner and payed for it, much to her protest, on her birthday. It was almost tradition.
' We could have a suprise sleepover for her... and ask some of the girls to come to..' Kiba mumbled to himself. It wasn't actually that bad an idea, it's just the keeping Naruto quite about it bit that'd be difficult....What a drag....
Oh look, the knucklehead's limping back....Huh? He's holding Akashi up.....
' Naruto, what did you do? ' Kiba looked between Naruto and a barely conscious Akashi, looking incredibly confused.
' I didn't do anything! She just came after me and passed out! Believe it! '
' Sure Naruto, Akashi, who could beat us all up with out breaking into a sweat, came after you and fainted. Naruto, we're talking about Akashi here. '
' You do know i'm awake right? Can i have my arm back? I'm really tired...and i wanna sit down...' Akashi mumbled, stifling a yawn while walking over to beside Shikamaru. She plonked her self on the ground, and let her head fall onto his shoulder.
' Akashi, exactly how late did you stay up training last night? ' Shikamaru poked her shoulder, still looking bored out of his mind.
' Guilty as accused Governor. Caught me red-handed. ' Akashi gave him a weary smile, ' Alright, i stayed up 'till about 2:30. But the jutsu was bugging me! I finally just got it right before i gave in, and then i just had to practice it! And, Save the lecture sir, i'm tired. ' With that she fell asleep, her slow breathing tickiling Shikamaru's neck.
' Typical Aki-kun.... Too much training again? ' Naruto asked.
Shikamaru just nodded, he was pretty tired aswell.....
