At the hospital
Trisha ran inside with Damon, the doctor took them into a room where she would give birth to her baby. The gender? Unknown.
Trisha: AHHHHH HELP.
Doctor: PUSH PUSH PUSH.
And, out came the baby... or as I should say, 2 babies.
Doctor: ITS TWINS!

One child was a boy, one was a girl.
Damon: We shall name the girl Bon Quisha and the boy Gru.

Gabbie stopped and turned around to her slowly, she was holding a pistol.
Gabbie: REMEMBER WHEN YOU TOLD ME I WAS CRAZY, WELL I REALLY AM NOW YOU BITCH, THESE KIDS ARE MINE AND YOU DON'T DESERVE TO RAISE THEM.
Trisha: Gabbie please stop this madness! Give me back my children!
