Still feeling the sting of Winter's slap I stare at her in surprise. What the fuck did she just say?
"Hold on I must have forgotten to clean my ears yesterday cause I thought you said you were pregnant", I said.
"I did you cow-licking idiot", She mumbled.
"Winter", I called out to her. She ignored me staring at the tree next to the schools largest garbage can. I pissed her off. "Winter I know you're mad at me right now and you should be I shouldn't have been rude to you. But, you need to answer my question and explain. How are you pregnant?"
"Let's see... How do I explain this to you Jerome. When a woman and a male are attracted to each other they do something called sex where the man inserts-", She started sarcastically. "Are you mature enough for me to continue?"
"Stop playing with me Winter. This ain't funny like at all", I tell her.
"Jerome! We had sex! How the hell do you think that I'm pregnant?!"
"It can't be mines", I realized that I started to pace. "Who else did you have sex with?"
"Never mind what I said about you and Janelle not being meant for each other. You're just as much as an asshole as she is for what you just said and more", She said angrily.
"I'm the only person you had sex with in the last month?!"
"You're the only person I've had sex with in the last fifteen years of my life!"
"Then it is mines..."
"Yeah buddy. It is and I'm pissed that you doubted that".
"Are you sure you're pregnant?"
"I have the pregnancy test in my locker do you wanna see it?"
"Nahh, I believe you", I grab her hand making her blush. At first she let it linger there but then realeased my hand.
"Don't Jerome. Just don't". I stare at her before continuing on walking.
"Fine just come with me to my table and sit with me".
"Why should I?"
"Just come on Winter". She stays silent as she follows me into the cafeteria and to my table.
"What's she doing over here?" Janelle asked me with an angry face.
"Because she is", I replied.
"Because she is? What'chu mean?"
"Janelle just leave it alone".
"Jer-"
"Leave it alone".
"Fine. Whatever". I really don't got time for this bullshit. Especially not Janelle's bull. Not at all.
