She let out a painful groan when the van tossed. Opening her eyes, she saw nothing but pure darkness due to the piece of cloth that was tied over her eyes and around her head. What the hell?! She thought trying to sit up. But the tight ropes that were harsh tied around her wrists made her fall back into her latest position. She tried again and slithered up to the cold metal behind her trying to find a good position with her hands behind her back.
She was still dowsy and her head was spinning like hell after the drugs in the rag that she was forced to let into her systems.
It was hard for her to concentrate due to the headache, but she remembers unlocking her apartment door. The first punch meeting her stomach and then her being thrown into the wall. The disgusting, damp rag that was shoved over her mouth and nose making her fall into an all too familiar darkness. And then... Jay! She remembered him following her into the apartment right behind, his despondent screams when she got thrown into the wall and sacked down to the floor.
Damn she loved that man so bad, she just refused to admit it and now she was here, tied up and blindfolded in a soggy van. Was he also here?
"Jay" she croaked but got nothing but the sound of car doors opening in return. She quickly turned her head to the sound her eyes hunting for light but still only seeing darkness.
Before Erin could perceive anything, someone roughly grabbed her arm yanking her out of the van. She heard his screams in the fall making her tranquil knowing he was there, but also making her freak out that he was here with her in God knows what place.
Her cheek was the first thing that met the cement floor, and she could hear the sound of a cracking bone. Shit. The pain overflowed her she felt warm and groggy, and her head pounded as she laid there on the cold cement floor. She could hear Jays screams somewhere in the background while it felt like there was zebras galloping for their life inside of her head.
Out of nowhere a foot met her chest and she gasped for air, not getting any. When another foot striked against her chest she rolled over and fast got up on her foots. The pain ached between her ribs as she stood there panting and listening for the tiniest little noise that could help her identify where her attacker was located at.
Erin jumped to the side as quickly as possible when she heard someone running towards her. She could hear the surprised grunt from the place that she just stood.
With all the strength she had, she threw herself back into her place and felt her body collide with a big muscular. She fell over him making him take the damage of the fall.
She quickly got back on her feet and started to kick the man, laying in front of her.
The person on the floor screamed and screamed until he stopped. There was an eerie silence before Erin slowly backed away, she looked around her even if she didn't see a thing.
"Jay?" She panted. "I'm here," Erin quickly turned to the place where his soft voice came from. She slowly tripped towards him carefully, trying not to stumble on her own feet when she heard human voices approaching. She stopped in the middle of her movement.
"Jay, what's happening?" she asked doubtful. "I- I don't know." he answered. She could hear his voice louder now which meant that she was really close to him.
She took another step when the loud sound of doors bursting open stopped her. She just stood there still, not seeing a single thing. She heard roaring and people sprinting and then someone harshly yanked her hair pulling her against them and grabbing her arms.
She let out a scream by the sudden movement that she hadn't been prepared for. She waved with her head and squirmed, trying to get away from the persons strong grip, which only resulted in the person grabbing her tighter. She could hear Jays angry screams, to let her go which only gave her more power to try and break free. But she didn't succeed, and the person now held her so settled, that she couldn't move a single inch.
She snorted frustrated but stopped when she heard a familiar voice. "Nice seeing you again Erin". No, no, no, Damn it!
Someone roughly pulled her blindfold down letting the light flood into her eyes and blind her for some seconds. She looked up at them when her eyes had adjusted to the light. There they stood, he and her. The people she hated the most on the earth, the people that took her sisters life. Her poor little sweet sister, who hadn't done a single thing. She could she her eyes in front of her, they looked just like hers, just a little bit darker. She got back to reality when he took some steps against her, until he stood an inch from her.
Erin looked into his eyes with more hatred. They stood there glaring at each other, refusing to be the first one to look away, for minutes. Her cheek was pounding and hurt really bad to move her jaw.
Then he broke the silence saying: "You know what I want Erin." She looked away from him and saw Jay. He was tied to a pipe some feet away from her and she let out a sigh when she saw that he was unharmed except for a black eye.
"Yeah, I do," she said calm and nailed her gaze at him. "But you're not getting it," she spat out. His gaze blackened and he grabbed her jaw rough making her wheeze from the pain in her cheek. He stroking a strand of hair that covered her ear off and leaned forward to whisper in her ear. "Bad move Erin, bad move." His snake like voice hissed, he took a step back and walked away followed by her.
"She did not deserve what you did to her," Erin said furious. He turned around and asked: "Did you say something- Erin? Her blood boiled when she screamed it again. "She was only six" Erin cried out. "And you killed her," she whispered and hung her head down.
"Oh, Erin. Who told you she was dead?" he laughed. She looked up at him confused. She was just about to ask what he meant when another man approved her and punched her in the face, making her lose consciousness.
He screamed when he saw her sack down to the floor not moving. Then two men started to drag her limp body across the floor towards him. "You piece of shit! Why did you do that?!" Jay screamed furious over what he had done to her. The men started laughing and one of them let go of her making her head bump into the cement floor. He walked towards Jay and when he was close enough, he kicked Jay two times in the stomach and he threw three punches against him, one in his chest and then two in his face making him black out cold.
