Chapter.9-It ended in a nightmare

The morning has dawned and the night is slowly disappearing from the sky. The sun didn't rise, but the sky is reflected in a red tone. It's pretty early and you're still asleep. Stayne didn't keep an eye close on the night and was already awake yesterday. He is near the abyss and leans on a single tree near the cliff. But he's not far away from you, he has you firmly in mind and should something happen, he's right with you. Stayne stared down the rock abyss with a firm view. He doesn't seem to be doing really well. One of his black gloves is on the floor, but he didn't?...he had, he had carved, hurt himself. There is a deep cut wound on his wrist, which he had added himself with his dagger. It bled and looked anything but healthy, but it didn't matter, he didn't care about this pain, at least he tries to ignore it. He can already think how you will react to it, but it couldn't help it. He had squatted for a very specific reason. He walked over the time limit, you should have reached the castle again hours ago, but you didn't. He had completely made a mistake in the time, which actually never happens. He couldn't stand these thoughts, which now everything will happen only by doing it wrong. He knows exactly what happens, he will be exposed to the queen, there can be a fight with you, or everything will fly up. He feels bad about it and knows that he isn't enough again and doesn't even manage to pay attention to the right time, in this situation his only way out was to get ready to hurt himself.

Stayne: (in his thoughts):,,Fuck fuck, fuck, fuck!!!! How could I be...what am I? A pure problem, THAT'S ME! No, what did I do?, that will certainly have terrible consequences and only because of mine. I didn't make it again! FUCK!...Stayne I hate you! I hate you so deeply that you can't imagine it! You deserve the pain, look at you, you're nothing! I hate you incredibly much - he said to himself -

All of this will kill him and destroy him on the ground! But he hates himself not only for that, but for everything he could not do properly in life. His self-hatred has always accumulated over the years and it won't let go, at least not until his death, so long as he has to endure it. However, Stayne has often had the urge to give up everything here and finish it because for him he is worthless, he has no worth in his eyes. But then you came and unconsciously prevented him from doing so. He knows that it's wrong to ever do that, but all of this still doesn't make his thoughts and suicides disappear.

Stayne takes the glove off the floor and pulls it over his hand again. He hopes that you won't notice his wound quickly. He breathes quickly again and goes back to you. After all, he has to tell you that you should be back at the castle a long time ago. Now there is no return, he has given up hope for a long time and is therefore blurring to remain calm. He sits next to you and carefully he pulls you into his arms. He strokes your hair out of your face and there..you open slowly and oversleep your eyes and look directly into his beautiful eyes.

Ilosovic stayne:,,Good morning, my love. Wow, you're beautiful when you wake up.-he smiles at you-

Y/n:,,Good morning, my prince! I-you stab in the sentence and reach for his left arm.

It happened what stayne not hoped for, you noticed his wound. You reach for his wrist and take off his glove. Scared, you look at stayne.

Y/n:,,STAYNE?! What-what did you do? You-you.. HAS YOU HURT YOURSELF!? Why? Why are you doing such a thing that is extremely dangerous, a wrong cut, and you could have died? Stayne...

Stayne breathes out and looks sad and injured to the ground.

Stayne:,,....y/n I-I'm sorry, but I couldn't help it! We - we're over the time span and should've reached the castle 2 hours ago...I know that's all my fault and - and that's why I had to hurt myself because I--... he stop talking and look up your face for a moment-

Y/n:,,We're what?! Stayne, you have, we're...no! We have to leave this place on the spot! - without giving a proper answer, you detach yourself from his arms and find the way to his horse-

Stayne breathes in and out faster and faster. He looks after you and tries to stand up. His pain is getting worse and worse, not only in his inner wound, but also in his wound on his wrist. His feelings come to overflow and he could break out in tears or do something else, but he holds back and swallows everything that goes. No one would notice his pain because he has to hide everything it for many years and it's pretty easy for him, at least if he's among people, because he alone lets out something from his pain.

He gets up and sets out for you and his horse. He'll put you back on his horse and he get up too. He gives the sign and makes it as fast as you can to the castle. Stayne feel anything as well and knows that it will get more worse, and he also realizes that it is a bad mood between you and him as he told you what's going on this morning. He's afraid of having destroyed everything and losing you the most. Despite all this, he's holding you to him on the ride, tighter than the day before.

An hour later, you've come back to the castle. Nobody is outside or looking for him, probably it all happened several hours earlier. He's stopping his horse and you're both getting off. He helps you down and you run as fast as you can the stairs up. Once at the top, Stayne stand behind you and secure the door.

Ilosovic stayne:,,I'm so sorry y/n..''

You're turning to Stayne, but you're not answering. You run away from the place and try to hide as fast as you can. The last thing Stayne could see from you was your completely cursed face that had broken out on the way to the castle. He's still looking at you sad and hurt. Now it was time for him to pull himself together now, he took a deep breath and made himself to swallow his feelings again . You two disappeared from each other without speaking a word. When you see each other again, you don't know, and what's happening than, you don't Know it yet. The plan that Stayne had started well but ended in a nightmare.....................
