Chapter.23-You loose yourself

3 days have passed since the incident in the stable, stayne had recovered, but you have been worried about him since then, he seems to be different from his behavior, he picks up things too quickly and often decides things too quickly and carelessly, he is too convinced of his way of thinking about your plans. You're worried it could get worse over time and all this would continue like this. Of course you don't hope for it, but as far as stayne and his mental health are concerned, everything can change quickly.

You sit in your room at the castle of the red queen like every day. You sit at a table with a mirror and stare into it. Thoughts and feelings play with you and for an inexplicable reason you know exactly what would happen right away. You try to keep calm and not follow these thoughts, but that's where it happens, stayne comes stormed into your room. Immediately you get up and turn to him, he runs straight towards you, it seems he has something to tell you again. You take his hands in yours and look him in the eye to listen to him. But it's not easy for you because there are things that are too ill-considered again.

Ilosovic stayne:,, Y/n my heart, listen to me, I absolutely have to tell you something. We will be out of here, very soon, from the next mission I'll take you with me, quite inconspicuously and then we'll leave here forever, y/n's not that great?'' - He said with an expectant and at the same time joyful smile on his face -

You just look at him and remain silent. Since you know exactly that this is once again far too ill-considered and that he proceeds like a child to the whole thing since he is not himself at the moment, you can't tell him that this is not possible, you can't break his heart with this thought, moreover, you can't manage to take away his beautiful smile away from him what he wears right now.

Slowly you let go of his hands and turn your eyes away from him. You turn around and sit on your bed, you let your head hang slowly. Your hands lie in your face and quietly you start crying. Tears run down your cheeks and you don't know what to do anymore. Stayne just doesn't stop, he can't, for three days you've noticed massively how he can no longer control himself and his memory hasn't been with him for a long time. You're just floating in big fear for him that he could lose himself very soon without him realizing it himself.

Stayne is standing there and now his smile has crept off his lips. He notices that something is wrong and is slowly approaching you. He kneels in front of you and puts his hands on your lap. Insecure, he looks at you and tries to look for your gaze, but your hands hide it.

Ilosovic stayne:,, Hey, y/n my heart, what's going on? Why are you crying? Isn't the idea good enough or am I doing something wrong? Please talk to me, y/n my darling''- he said innocently -

Your hands leave your face and one of them grabs his. A hand from stayne wanders to your cheek and strokes your tears from your face. You continue to look at him crying and try to calm down, but it doesn't work, your heart can't take all this.

Y/n:,, Stayne listen, you certainly won't understand me but you lose yourself, I'm afraid for you stayne, a lot of fear I take with me.'' - you said with a breaking voice -

Stayne looks at you, for a while he says nothing but then he repeats, "what do you mean y/n'' on it, more and more tears roll over your cheeks and you hug stayne firmly, you don't let him go of your arms anymore. Despite this, stayne doesn't really know what's going on, he also hugs you and tries to be there for you, he kisses you on your forehead even if it's not what you need, you need other help.

You cling tightly to stayne and think about it, you realize that it can't go on like this and that would lead to several problems, anyway you already have enough of it. Stayne urgently needs help and you decide to talk to the doctor again who helped you the first time. He is very white and you know exactly that he will help stayne. You try to calm down with the hug of stayne and tell yourself in your mind that everything will be fine.

With your lips, you approach his and kiss them carefully, then you return a quiet "I love you" against his lips. You lean your head against his chest and you follow his heartbeat. After a few seconds, stayne reply to your words.
