Tonight, a grand ball was going to be held in the ballroom of the mansion of the city's most feared mafia. And every single person or men involved in the mafia/underworld, are invited. There was something written in the invitation that did not approve of Technoblade's self, was-the fact of bringing Dream with him.

He is just afraid of anything to happen, maybe it will be a trap, a trick or whatever that could cause the harm of his innocent boyfriend. Wilbur kept reminding him that he could just find a temporary partner for Business purposes only but he doesn't like the idea of that.

Nobody knows, that temporary partner might get clingy and may set a trick on Dream or hurt him-he is too worried on what will happen to him. Besides, even if you have an invitation to the ball and you have no partner, you are going to be declined by the security in the front door.

Nevertheless, he is going to go. But he would bring spies and agents of different professional rankings to protect them. Ofcourse they would be hidden.

꧁ Technoblade 's mansion ¦ Dinner table ꧂

"A ball?!" yelled Tommy in a ferocious way making Dream get shocked from the sudden statement. "Wow, Techno. You never told us you'd be invited to the grand Ball of Schlatt." spoke his father, Philza. "Soo Techno, who' s gonna be your special partner?" said his older brother Wilbur changing his voice when he reached the line 'special partner'.

"A ball? That seems... I don't know." said Dream saying the first sentence he said during their dinner. "Yeah.. Schlatt's celebrating his son's birthday. Including the award he received for being the leader of the most powerful mafia in the underworld." replied Technoblade without any sign of hesitancy.

"Oh, you mean Tubbo?" spoke Dream again which got a reply of a hum by Technoblade. "So, Dream. Are you fine with going with me in the ball?" said Techno finally speaking after the awkward reply he gave. "Yeah sure. It's no problem, I have nothing better to do anyway."

꧁ 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔾𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝔹𝕒𝕝l꧂

"Ladies and Gentlemen, we welcome you all to the grand Ball of Mr. Schlatt. May we introduce the guests of honor of this event. Firstly, Mr. Technoblade with his beloved partner, Mr. Dream."

The announcer went on and on until he stopped-he should've been tired speaking all those names without even having a single break. But It is wrong. A loud bang was heard that followed with a crash which made the people panic and a random woman who wore a revealing red dress screamed which made everyone start to run around there and here.

"Dream! Are you fine?" spoke Technoblade rapidly revealing an obvious lace of worriedness-Ofcourse you would be worried, it's your boyfriend here. Like who wouldn't even be concerned for there beloved fated partners? If you're a gold digger no.

"Yeah.. I'm fine." replied the blonde immediately followed by a cough that looked serious. 'Shit, I knew this was going to happen.' thought Technoblade regretting his decision of bringing Dream with him in a world full of danger, fake people, violence and bloodshed.

Then suddenly... A dark figure appeared before them, revealing a handsome tall man with Black hair wearing some kind of a creepy mask wearing a black suit. That perfectly fit his great body.

Suddenly, Dream let out a pained scream making Technoblade go up to him rapidly "Dream, are you fine?!" spoke Technoblade certainly worried—then that's when he realized....

Dream is bleeding, he didn't even notice that "creepy-Assasin-dude" get close to them nor two meters ahead of them. Then.... The man finally said a word breaking the tension and awkwardness that filled the air.
