Mina and Chaeyoung have been two best friends since they were kids. Inseparable, blended like hot water and sugar, faster with some stirs but that is not the point here, they just blend.

Basically they are soulmates. They both are supportive towards each other, like about everything. As long as it would not harm the other, they would definitely be the best cheerleader a human can ask for. They are.

They both have been the 207th bone since the day Mina gave the younger girl the last piece of the strawberry cheesecake when their families met up. As far as they both remember, it went like this...

3 year old Chaeyoung had been eyeing the strawberry on the top of the cheesecake since forever, then she heard the adult she knew as her Mom's friend said, "Of course, Miguri likes strawberry so much. No need to worry, your cake is made from heaven, Seungwan. Miguri would like to taste it. Right, baby?"

The 5 year old girl in front of Chaeyoung nodded then proceeded to lift her fork when she heard,

"Ah you're being too kind, Sachiko. Your daughter loves strawberry too? Oh it would be easier for both of us to hang out now since our daughters share the common interest in food." The adults laughed.

"Yes and we can share the strawberry dishes without worrying that the dish would go in waste, don't you think so? I mean, we live nearby now." Seungwan and Sachiko agreed on each other then continued talking about their daughters' schools fee, especially since Chaeyoung would start going to school soon.

Little Mina use her fork onto the object Son Chaeyoung had been preying on, the strawberry was being lifted in the air but then the fork stopped, even a fool could feel the intense gaze the younger girl was doing, so could bright Mina, "You want it?"

Chaeyoung looked up, she saw the dark brown orbs stared right at her, "What?" The fruit was swayed a bit to the right and left, indicating the younger girl that it was about the strawberry.

"May I?" The older girl looked at Chaeyoung for a solid 2 minutes, thinking, contemplating, weighing, she did it as she also liked strawberries but her Mom always said to be kind even to strangers.

The girl before her was not a stranger, right...? Her Mom seemed to be friendly with my Mom,  Mina thought to herself.

Now with the puppy eyes the younger girl was using, it didn't help Mina to put the plump red fruit into her mouth. Sighing, being the mature, composed, perfect daughter she was, she said, "Aaa."

Chaeyoung grinned, showing her tiny teeth then opened her mouth big, "Aaa..." The Adults saw how Mina, with a displeased expression, put the strawberry gently into the younger girl's mouth, "You better like it more than I do." Sulked the young Myoi.

"Aww you're being such a nice older sister! It's okay Miguri baby, don't sulk, I will buy you a lot of strawberries!" Mina looked up to her Mom and grinned widely, she felt proud and happy at the same time.

The little girl raised her hand while munching on her strawberry, "May I have them too?" Everyone laughed and nodded, even Mina held Chaeyoung's other hand on the table, "Sure, I will give you a lot." Chaeyoung believed in Mina.

Since then, Chaeyoung had been nothing but really good to Mina and she showed her favoritism towards strawberry a lot, which satisfied Mina. Chaeyoung liked strawberry from the moment she tasted, it just intensified.

While the older girl repaid the younger girl by being nice to her too. Mina had been a nice girl since the day her Mom taught her to be, it just intensified.

They bickered, a lot. They bickered when they walked to the school in the morning, they bickered when they met at the school canteen, and the list went on until that day came.

When Mina confessed her feelings towards Chaeyoung, "I like you." High schooler Chaeyoung replied, "I like you too." The face lightened up, "Be my girlfriend?" The frown came, "Not that way."
