A/N: There won't be very many chapters without songs in this story, only a few where a song just wouldn't fit.... This is one of those chapters, and I will make you aware if a chapter doesn't have a song with it!

BEFORE PART 3:

CHERRY'S POV:

"So he's almost fifteen years old, no?" Mitch asks us, and Harry and I both nod.

"Yes, he's a freshman in highschool." I speak out. "Vi is in seventh grade now.. It doesn't matter." I clarify.

"I think it does matter what I said considering they both still call me father mitch on occasion." Harry groans at Mitch's words, and I roll my eyes as Sarah brings us drinks. We sit on the back porch, Violet inside playing with Danielle who's in sixth grade now. We found out about Sarah when Vi was only a few months old. They are incredibly close though as of now, and I hope that doesn't change.

"I told them to never call you that, and I told you to never get them to call you that you idiot." Harry speaks to Mitch, and he shrugs.

"They don't. Not often, and when he tells them to I tell them not to, I would just like to clarify." Sarah speaks out. "But besides all of that, what's the problem, what are you getting at?" She asks Mitch.

"He's getting older... Has he been writing music, does he know what he wants to do?" Mitch asks, and I look at Harry.

    "He's... Well he's-"

"Just like I was back then.. Literally exact but almost... almost worse?" I question Harry, and he nods. "He's just incredibly shy.. He has a few great friends, and they're over here every now and then. He'd much rather be here with us... He's really really good at the guitar, and he plays piano too." I add.

"He's just as good as her. With the Piano I mean... and he's better than both of us at the guitar, it's amazing to watch.. But he wont sing.. He has never in his life sung around us. He won't write music either. He writes melodies, and music notes." Harry adds.

"Not lyrics though. He doesn't think he's good... He's just now really started playing when we're around so we can hear... He's very closed off, and I don't know why." I shake my head. We've given him every opportunity to feel open, and free, and he doesn't accept it.

    "I don't think it's you guys... Why he's shy I mean.. I don't think it's you." Sarah tells us.

"Then what? Because it's not like either of us are very secretive with our feelings.. There's some things neither of them know but that's not for any reason but to protect them." Harry tells them.

"I think it might be the fact that his parents are famous musicians, and everyone knows that at school, and they expect him to be something, and someone, and it's hard for him... Have you thought about that?" Mitch asks, and I shake my head.

"No, because we're all normal people... All four of us are normal no matter who the world thinks we are, we're normal, and we have treated them normally too." I nod my head to the kids.

"No matter how normal you all treat him, and we treat him... That doesn't mean kids at school treat him normally, or either of the girls... We've got more of a pass than the two of you, and the kids, but still." Sarah nods her head to Danielle.

"Ew.. I just realized we're old." Mitch shivers at the thought, and Harry rolls his eyes.

"Age is a number, and we aren't that old... We just have kids now, and stopped touring last year..." Harry shrugs. "But we're already writing more... Who knows what could happen." He shrugs, and I nod. I never stop writing. I never could, and he's just the same in that.

"Theo loves music though, and I'm sure one day when he finds something that inspires him enough he's going to write about it, and never be able to stop.. And he'll want to sing about it too." I speak in a sure tone, knowing that I don't know this for sure but I hope I'm right.

"Someone." Sarah speaks, and I look over at her. "Someday he'll find someone that will inspire him... They will be what makes him want to write." Sarah nods her head. "Everyone has a muse. She nods between Harry and I.

"We were writing before we met each other." I explain, and she sighs.

"Well obviously, but when did the really good stuff come? When you had someone that made you want to create.. It's easier that way, and Theo is going to find that person." She speaks with confidence and Mitch groans.

"I hope Danielle never in her life finds a muse... Mostly because I don't want her talking to boys... Or girls... They're mean too." He adds, and Harry sighs.

"Don't put shit like that in my head... Vi only has two years till high school... I don't ever want her to meet a boy...  Not unless he's like me, and knows what's up." He nods his head, and I scoff.

"You want Violet to find someone that did what you did back when we were young? Cause you 'know what's up?' Is that what you're saying?" I ask, trying to keep my laughter in.

"Okay maybe not that person, but the person after that... The one that brought you to New York to ask you to be my girlfriend.. That guy is pretty cool." Harry smirks, obviously feeling confident in himself.

"That guy was also a complete dipshit." Mitch speaks and we all laugh. Harry dosn't. He just rolls his eyes, and though the conversation continues, my eyes travel towards Violet, and Danielle who are playing together. My thoughts wander to Theo, and the experiences he's having or the people he's meeting.. What inspires him, or what will inspire him.. What will be their proof of love, and their reasoning for what they do... They both love music, they both said they wanted to keep doing music until they physically couldn't anymore, but that could change too.. And for the first time since the two of them were born I feel like I'm in over my head... How will I navigate this?
