After all these combats, we returned to the tower of Master Yen Sid. I was feeling racked with the action. Battling four titans wasn't something I did every day. I think I maybe had some broken bones, but fortunately with the hi-potion I got, only my muscles were hatching now.
«I see...You could not regain your strength.» Hummed the magician.
Sora looked happy anyway. «No biggie. I still learned a lot.»
My eyes watched him, uncertain. «Sora, we know you did and that's a big development, but without the power of waking, we can't find Terra, Aqua and Ventus...»
Yen Sid nodded. «May is not wrong. What about you, dear?»
Surprise could be seen on my face, before I started to think. «Well, if I am being honest, it was a little easier to wield the keyblade than I thought. My muscles aren't with it yet but for a first day, I think it's normal.» I finished with a smile, watching my friends. «And I had some big help too.»
«Very well.»
«But how am I seriously supposed to get the power of waking now?» Asked the boy.
«I know!» Exclaimed Donald. «How about a bonk on the head?»
«Hey!»
I laughed at the idea. «Maybe that could work.»
Sora send me a betrayed look. «May!»
«Perhaps it could be something that is as simple as that.» Respond Master Yen Sid, calmly.
«Wait, you think so too?!»
«Whenever you are in need, magic happens. That is your greatest strength, Sora.» He continued.
Sora's shoulder slumped down. «You make it sound like an accident.»
We all laughed continuously at our friend demise. «Poor Sora.» I thought.
Suddenly, knocks sounded on the door behind us. «We're back Master.» Spoke a squeaky voice.
I watched with astonishment as a person entered with a mouse.
Riku and Mickey!
I can't still believe this is happening every time I meet someone «new». Riku changed a lot from what I remembered in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance but Mickey, apart from his clothes that were design for the game, he looked just the way I knew him in my childhood.
«Oh wow. You guys are all here!» Mickey exclaimed seeing the trio. After those words, I felt two pairs of eyes on me. «Oh!»
I stood there sheepishly as I waved. «Hi, I'm May.»
I sensed that the mouse wasn't finished yet but with a look at the wizard and his mouth closed.
«It's nice to see some new friendly faces.» Spoke Riku, walking closer. «I'm Riku.» He motioned to him then to the other beside him. «And that's Mickey.»
«Nice to meet you, May.» Respond the mouse before giving me a questioning look. «Are you a keyblade wielder too?»
I nodded enthusiastic. «Yeah. Although I knew this since only for this morning, I am getting the hang of it!» I said summoning my keyblade for a moment, before it disappeared again.
«Really? Well, that's good to hear.»
Seeing as me and Mickey were done talking for the moment, Donald and Goofy came running with excitation. «Your Majesty!»
I looked behind me to Sora had being pushed on the ground. «You okay there?» I asked while laughing.
«Y...Yeah. Thanks May.» Sora respond, taking my helping hand. He got up and made his way towards the others before being pushed again. I couldn't hold my laughter as I stood with a hand on my hips, watching the scene. I think I just needed some popcorn and it would be perfect.
