•Carl's POV•

Sitting in the car, wind blowing in my face. Today we're on a road trip to the Prison. 8 seats. Glenn, Maggie, my dad, Coral, Judith, Y/n, Enid, and Ron. "Carl, can I lay on you?" Enid asks me, I didn't think much of it "Sure." She then lays on my chest. I look over to Y/n and she's starting at me with a frown. I knew she liked me, I like her too! "I love you Carl." Enid says rubbing my chest. I'm silent.

We all hear a car honk. My dad gets out and we all just sit there, wondering what's going on. "Y/n." Enid says. "What." Y/n says not making eye contact with Enid. "Do you like Carl?" I could tell Enid was trying to make Y/n jealous. "Why do you need to need to know, HUH?!" She yells right in Enid's face and then she leaves the car. "Y/n!" I yell. "No, leave me the fuck alone! I've had enough. You are so blind to know how much I care for you. So you know what?! Yeah Enid I do like Carl. I'd do anything for him! Get bit, kill myself, starve, not sleep, ANYTHING. But I don't see the point of doing that." Y/n says with tears in her eyes. Me and Enid are silent. I push Enid off me and get out of the car, I run after Y/n. Once I get close to get I grab her wrist, turn her towards me, and kiss her right on the lips.

•Y/n's POV•

My lips are against Carl's lips. I'm instantly in love again. "I'm sorry." Carl says looking down. "It's ok. I really did mean everything I said, I would do anything for you." I smile at him. "I'll be back." Carl starts to walk away.

•Carl's POV•

I walk up to my dad. "We need to move Enid to a different car." I say to him. "Why?" He says in a confused way. I tell him what happened and Enid moves to a different car, along with Ron. Me and Y/n get the way back to ourself.

We're back on the road now. "Y/n. I love you." I tell her, I then place a kiss on her cheek. "I love you too." She says.
