•Carl's POV•

"Come on Carl!" Enid yells. "Coming! Are you coming?" I ask Y/n, "I rather stay behind... taking my time." She smiles. I run up to Enid. "Where's Y/n?" She asks. "She wanted to stay behind." I say looking back at her. Enid grabs onto my hand, I don't grab back. "I love you." Enid says, I don't reply. I look to see if Y/n was there... she was but she had tears in her eyes. My heart is crushed, I stop and run back to her. I give her a hug. "Carl!?" Enid yells. "Keep going!" I yell back. "What's wrong?!" I whisper to Y/n.

•Y/n's POV•

"Carl, I like you a lot. I have for a long time now, and I understand if you like Enid more. She's very pretty and you guys are perfect together." I fake a smile.

•Carl's POV•

"Y/n, Enid held onto my hand and she said I love you to me. I don't like her, I like you. I always have." I wipe her tears away. Next thing I know I place my lips onto her's. I'm in love...
