-May 25th-

A warm beach...

Hawaii...

It's...

Beautiful...

New...

A real...

Dream.

--------------------------------------------------------
My eyes opened, I saw nothing unusual but... That dream, it was different.

No blood, no memories, nothing horrible, not even the void, for once my mind was... Pleasant to me.

I sat up-

I was suddenly yanked back down, Toko's hand was on my chest, her eyes were half open and she was murmuring.

Toko: Not yet... I don't... Wanna wake... Up... Yet...

Well, my phone says it's 11:00 am so...

"Hey, Toko, c'mon, you gotta wake up now."

She groaned and rolled over, I shook her a little, she groaned louder and slowly sat up.

Toko: F-Fine, I'm...

She looked at me, she blinked multiple times before rubbing them with her closed hands.

Toko: I-Is t-this r-r-real?

"Yeah, I guess it is."

Toko: A-Are y-you real?

"Last I checked, yeah."

Toko touched me, she shuddered a bit, then pushed me away as she got out of her bed.

Toko: Y-Yeah r-right! J-Jill probably b-brought you here.

"But, you invited me."

Toko: N-No i-

I got up and went over to her desk, grabbed my jacket off of it and slipped it back on.

"Look, if you really don't like me then I'll leave and you won't see me again, okay?"

I went to leave, Toko grabbed my arm and tried to stop me.

Toko: No!

"No? Why not?"

Toko: I-I Like y-you alright!

"Then prove it."

I held my arms out and Toko came into them slowly, I closed them and held her, she was tense at first but softened up.

"You're doing fine."

Toko: I-I'm sorry, I'm c-crazy and j-just a-assumed y-you were m-messing w-with me.

"I would never, you've been through too much to deserve that."

Toko looked up, she had watery eyes.

"We're both crazy, we don't have much, but we can have each other, because we both understand what we're going through."

Toko: M-Master...

"Y/N, please call me Y/N."

Toko held onto me tightly.

Toko: Everybody's bad, everybody except for you... I-I love you.

Love? That's a pretty strong thing for someone like her to admit.

"So do I, now let's get out there, our friends are probably waiting for us."

Toko: I d-don't have f-friends.
