NO ONE POV

"Hey, how many applicants did you expect to make it?"menchi asked

"You mean pass the exam?" Buhara says

"Yep, this year we have an impressive group, though I did fail almost all of them at one point..." Menchi says

"But doesn't it depend on what the upcoming phases consists of?" Buhara said

"Thats true, but didn't you notice that one of them had this whole aura thing going on, what do you think satotz?" menchi said

"Oh yes, I like the rookies this year" satotz says

"Ha! So you agree?, I think 294 has a good shot" Menchi says

"I'm partial to #99." Satotz says

"He looks like a selfish spoiled brat, what about you buhara?" menchi says

"Well...he isn't a rookie but #44 is the one I favor,(play hisokas theme song) I'm sure you noticed when #255 was throwing a fit, it was #44 who was on the verge of killing someone" buhara says

"I did notice that of course, he could barely restrain himself from tearing off our heads...but didn't you realize he was already that way from the moment we appeared" menchi said

"Really?" Buhara asks

"Yeah, that's the real reason why I was so edgy, he kept challenging me" menchi says in a sassy tone

"I had a similar experience, he should be carefully monitored...though it pains me to admit this but we are birds of a feather with him" satotz said

"However, his affinity for darkness is stronger" satotz continued

"As hunters we are continually seeking out rivals, ultimately, the hunter exam is a place to find opponents worthy of respect" satotz continued

"And every once in awhile, we encounter someone who hits the floor running when we try to slow things down...an oddball of sorts." Satotz says

"Well...I think #69 is hot, but don't tell him I said that" menchi says

"Hmm that reminds me, his hair looks like murdered smurfs" buhara said

Both menchi and satotz chuckle

"Indeed #69 has a very interesting appearance" satotz says

"You think he's single?" Menchi asks

"Hmm I think saw #44 eyeing him aswell as some others" buhara says

"Aw man, he even has #44 eyeing him" menchi said in a disappointed way

"Yes but did you sense the aura he was giving off, I sense he's very strong with nen" satotz says

"Hmm you're not wrong, but what I thought was weird is that he's so...umm feminine?" Menchi says

"Is there something wrong with that" satotz says

Y/N POV

I was waiting outside the kitchen waiting as gon and killua went to steal some food from the kitchen

"HEY KIDS! Stay out of the kitchen!!!" I hear coming from the other side of the door

"Go eat in the dinning hall!!" Some dude said while throwing gon and killua out, I'm guessing that's the chef that threw them out

"I told you guys not to mess around and steal food when there's literally a dinning hall" I tell them

"We got you a juice box-" before killua can finish I say while jumping up and down "GIMME GIMME WHERE IS IT"

"chill its here" killua says while handing me a juice box

"Thanks killua and gon!!" I say while happily drinking the juice box

"Your welcome y/n!" Gon says

We started to walk until killua ran up to a window and saying "wow,awesome!! Come look y/n and gon!!"

"Hmm what is it?" Gon says while running up to the window

"I bet it's not gons dad" I say

Gon looks at me with a pout

"Sorry gon...but did i lie" I say while messing up his hair,but I said the last part more silent so gon won't hear me

We look back to the window

"Whoa" me and gon say

"It's like the ground is covered in jewels!!" Gon said

"Yeah" killua agrees

"Hey, I was wondering...where are your mom and dad" gon asks killua

"Hmm...they're alive...probably" killua responds

"What do they do?" Gon asks

"They're assassins" killua responds

"Huh both of them?" Gon asks

At this point I was getting bored so I zoned out a bit

Until I feel a random gust of wind I look to see gon and killua both looking around until we heard some one say "something wrong?"

We look to see it's chairman Netero...just great

"Um Netero-san, did you see anyone coming from that side gon said while pointing somewhere

"No" Netero says while shaking his head

"Your pretty fast for an old man" killua says

"Eh? That little trick? I barely moved" Netero said

Him and killua had a mini stare down

"What do you want, you don't have to do anything until the last phase right?" Killua says

"No need to be so unkind, I was bored, and looking for some companions...by the way, I meant the ask the two of you-"

"And what am I, a Roach?" I say

"Oh I apologize, I meant to say that I wanted to ask the three of you any thoughts on your first attempt at the hunter examination?" Netero asks

"Uh-huh! It's fun!" Said the ball of sunshine that we also call Gon

Gon started talking about writing or something idk I zoned out thinking of stuff

'i want a juice box, ya know if I could I would probably live off of juice boxes but I'll probably make juice boxes go extinct-'

"Let's go y/n and gon"

"Wait what are we doing" I ask

"Leaving" killua said

"Now wait a moment, would you like to play a game with me" Netero said making killua stop at the first part

"A game?" Gon asks

"No he's talking about rotisserie chicken" I say

"Ahem, if your able to defeat me I shall let you become hunters" Netero said

"Really!? I'll play!!" Gon says

"How about it eh?" Netero ask while looking at me and killua

Killua gives him a look and says "fine I guess"

"I'll back out of this one" I say

"Why is that?" Netero asks

"Im so tired I might fall asleep right here" I say

"Yea y/n does look like he needs some sleep" killua says

"Thank you killua finally someone realizes my suffering" I say

" anyway I'm gonna go now! Make sure you guys don't get injured badly" I say while waving and walking away

"Bye y/n!" Gon says

I really hope I'll get some sleep
