----𝙖 𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙠𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙮𝙖𝙢𝙖 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩
𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩- 𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙮𝙤

kageyama slowly sighed, his boredom taking over. he was in need of either; a new book, or
someone interesting.

kageyama himself has never been in a relationship or had any friends, if he did ever make any, he unintentionally would scare them off. he waited patiently for something—or someone interesting to come.

and, as this is very cliche...there burst a large wave of joy, opening the doors wide and proud. he bowed down and greeted the workers kindly, skipping his way to the adventure isle. kageyama thought the male was rather..
cute?
yes, that's the way to put it. the young male was quite short and had soft peachy hair, silky pale skin coated with multiple layers of deep brown freckles, matching pasted amber orbs. he was rather slim but had visible muscles and was wearing a dark, dry brown half sleeve with sandy shorts which were up a little bit over his knee with coated gold chains and earrings. (fake but still hella cute)

as he roamed through the study isles, with every move he took whether it be a glance at a book, tying his shoes or studying the books, kageyamas eyes followed carefully.
should I make a move? would he think I'm weird..?

kageyama pondered throughly and decided what to do.
his choice was to ..
not do anything.

the warm autumn evening went by fast, the unknown peachy haired boy still wandering around the comfortable library. his motions being followed by a lonely crow.
the peach haired boy decided that it was time to checkout, he made his way through the isles to reach the checkout... only to be greeted by a sleeping raven.
"uhm.. hello? mr. raven?" (because of his hair, he didn't know his name so :/ ) spoke the cheerful peach. a few groans were heard from the latter, quickly getting up, realizing what he had done.

"u-uh sorry..! uhm, h-how can I help you?" slightly whispered kageyama.
"heheh! thank you, and I'm ready to checkout!" said the smaller of the two.
the process went on as usual, of borrowing the book. kageyama thought the young boy was going to go but he was greeted unexpectedly.

"u-uhm, you seem quite cool... kageyama? would you maybe.. like to be friends..!?" slightly shouted the short boy, carefully reading the latters nameplate as he spoke.
"I! y-yes, that seems... nice, I'd like that." kageyama replied kindly. "may I ask, what's your name?" whispered kageyama while anxiously rubbing the crook of his neck,
"I'm hinata! hinata shoyo!"

the two exchanged socials and numbers, making small chat in person, while talking to each other as best friends every other day— if not maybe even every day.

the two were attracted to each other because of their large differences—kageyama was a very quiet male, he was patient, subtle and mostly separated from things like; parties, social groups and relationships (I'm guessing! istj, mbti personality). while hinata was on a whole different scale, he loved to talk, definitely an enfp (mbti personality) he was outgoing, very social. he highly engages in parties, friend/social groups and relationships (tho he has no good experience in the last one bc he makes really cringe pick up lines)

it was almost obvious to each other that they carried mutual feelings for one another, so unlike the first time, kageyama had decided to make a move. he texted hinata to meet him at the library in the study section, where they usually meet up. he took a larger sum of time of get ready for their unknown and unplanned "meetup."

hinata was always excited as usual— he felt incredibly happy that the raven was the first to initiate the plans. he felt very bubbly and light in his chest, although he didn't know exactly why to its fullest—
but he had an idea of what it was.

kageyama hurriedly texted the older male of where he was, in hope to receive a quick text back from the latter. unsurprisingly hinata texted back to his delight. kageyama waved as he spotted hinata instantly, receiving a wave back from the latter.
"hi hi kageyama! how are you?" spoke hinata with a light voice,
"I'm good, how about you..?" replied kageyama simply.
"I'm good as well, hehe!" the shorter of the two kindly replied back.
the two enjoyed the afternoon to its fullest, taking advantage of the quiet atmosphere around them. the two burst into laughter as hinata made funny faces to mock the latter. kageyama made rude yet funny remarks which made the peach boy smile like his life depended on it. he thought it was time to ask hinata about their current relationship.. and what they could take further.
"uhm.. hinata so.." the raven spoke quietly,
"y-yeah! what's up?" hinata happily replied.

"..." kageyama took a large deep breath, "would.. you.. maybe.. liketogoonadatewithme??" (like to go on a date with me?)
kageyama blushed furiously, whipping his head back a.s.a.p.
hinata chuckled sweetly, taking full notice of the sudden awkwardness.
"kageyama-kun!" hinata shouted.
"y-yes.. hinata..it's okay you don't have to.. I-I sorry uhm p-please forget about it.. I'm so sorry I didn't mean to-"
"I'll go out with you~!"

"WHAT Y-YOU WILL?" kageyama suddenly arose from his seat.
hinata laughed while adding giggles here and there, "yes I will! you seem very cool and.. I've always liked you.."
kageyama sat down quickly, he took multiple tiny breaths of relief and held the latters hand with his own. "then..w-will you be my boyfriend.. hinata?"

"mhm! sure!"
