Deku gets Framed

A/N: AU where Deku is framed for being the UA Traitor. His innocence is cleared a couple of years later but it's too late since he already snapped.

BTW in this AU there is no actual traitor, Dabi somehow got into the Todoroki family group chat where Shoto tells Enji everything about school (If you read Chapter 290 then you know what actually happened)

I'm tired with nearly everyone else's betrayed Deku fanfics. He gets accused. Gets OP. Comes back. And loves again. Like it was good the first time but it's just plain annoying now.

Deku POV

It was a Sunday morning when I woke up. I did my usual morning routine and went downstairs. Nobody was there. Strange. Then a message appeared on my phone.

Dad Might: Please come to your class room right now

A/N: Dad Might yeeet

I got into my uniform and walked into my classroom. Everyone was staring at me with sad, or angry expressions. All the teachers were there along with a couple of police officers, Class 1-B, and The Big 3.

Bakugou suddenly burst out screaming "WHY DID YOU DO IT YOU NERD"

"Huh?" I replied

"STOP TRYING TO ACT ALL INNOCENT YOU TRAITOR"

"Bakugou, please sit down and let Nezu tell him" Mr. Aizawa said with a pained expression.

A/N: Nezu=N, Izuku=I, Midnight=M, Ass Might=AM, shortcuts because I'm lazy

N: Why did you do it?

I: W-What do you mean?

M: Do not lie to us, we know you're the UA traitor we have a video proof of it happening.

I: May I see the proof?

N: *opens the projector* *video shows "Izuku" in his hero outfit stealing files on students and their quirks, on the right bottom corner has a little text that says "File Room Camera 2, 1:00 AM Sunday"*

M: See? We have proof of you stealing the files

I: B-but I was sleeping at that time

M: No you weren't this video shows it.

I: Someone has to be framing me though!

AM (Ass Might): Young Midoriya I am disappointed in you, give your quirk back to me or to Mirio, he deserves it more than you, traitor. Also, surrender yourself peacefully of we will have to forcefully arrest you.

A/N: Yes I just had to add Ass Might right there

Not even All might believed in me, I thought sadly.

I plucked a piece of my hair and handed it to Mirio. The police lead me into the police car. Before I left however, The Big 3, Uraraka, Asui (yes he still gets her name wrong), Todoroki, Momo, Iida, Kaminari, Mr. Aizawa, Present Mic, Jiro, Kendo,  Shinsou and Monoma (surprisingly) said they all believed I was innocent. I thanked them of course. And before I went into the police car, I said 

"When I get my innocence cleared, don't expect me to forgive all of you"

So, what do you think about this Story Idea? I would love to hear you opinions. I might turn this into a book if enough people say I should. Also I'm not discontinuing the Koneko MHA fanfic, I'm just having a writer's block on it.
