Chapter 3: Studies

"So, what is the one thing you need in order to summon water?" Twilight asks. "Total concentration of your mind and breathing." I replied "Correct! I think we should start small. Give it a shot!"

I did and after a few seconds. I summoned a handful of water. *squee!*

"Hehe you seem happy." Starlight says from my right. "Well, I'm training with someone who's quirk is literally called explosion. I need all the water I can muster!" I exaggerated.

"Is it just me or are you getting. . . more animated than usual?" Twilight questioned. "Oh! Yeah, I made a friend." I awkwardly smiled and saw their faces of shock.

[Obviously in a human form]

"What?" I questioned. Then, Twilight became super happy. I guess seeing as I never cared for friends she's happy I can experience what she's experienced. "I'm glad. Who is it?" She said.

"Well. . ."

"AND YOU'RE TRAINING WITH THE KID THAT BULLIES HIM!?" Twilight screamed. "Get the paper bag." I said. Once she calmed down, I was rewarded more questions.

"So. . . the ash blonde-" "Bakugou" I cut Starlight off for a correction. "-Bakugou, is the kid that your training with tomorrow?" Starlight asked. "Yup". Twilight began to continue asking questions "and Midoriya has been acting strange?" It then clicked in all of our heads. We knew about All Might and trying to find a successor. "One For All." We all said at once.

[The next day]

I stayed the night at the agency. I never minded and neither did my dad. Though when I get home, he gets antsy. However, I had training with a certain pom pom.

So, I grabbed some cupcakes from Sugar Cube Corner and walked to Bakugou's address. He gave me his number forcibly. How stubborn to the word 'no'. How did his parents deal with hi- "KATSUKI, YOU'RE GONNA BE LATE FOR TRAINING DUMBASS!!"

The. Fuck?

"SHADDUP OLD HAG!! I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!!"

Should I even ring this doorbell?

The doorknob turns to reveal a woman looking awfully like Bakugou. "Oh, you must be his sparing partner! Come in. He's being slow." She says sweetly. Wasn't she the owner of the other voi- "KATSUKI GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE!!"

There it is.

A few seconds later, an angry spike ball comes down the stairs. "Let's go dumbass." He says. "Ok, I'm Y/N by the way." I said to his mother. "Oh I'm Mitsuki sweetie. Give my son a beating will you?" She replied.

I like her.

"DUMBASS, LET'S GO. STOP TALKING WITH THE HAG-" SMACK "OH SHUT UP!" OK, I really like her. 10/10 one of the best mothers in Japan. I get up and walk to the ash blondes. "Ok Sparky, let's go before you nuke your own house." "WHAT DID YOU-" The horn is the best thing to use to shut this demon up.

"Bye Mrs. Bakugou! See you again soon!" I say cheerfully. She waves goodbye with a sweet smile and closes to front door.

"Alright, now let's go." Bakugou angrily says, walking away. Very. . . odd way to walk but ok. I follow along, keeping pace with him. I can feel his eyes on me sometimes.

[Time skip]

"This is a great area." I say, seeing all the scorch marks around the perimeter. "Yeah yeah. Let's get started."

He immediately runs at me. Great speeds I use a laser to counter his path. "What the-" I teleported behind him and did a roundhouse kick on his abdomen.

He tried to explode me, but I quickly teleported before impact. "Nice reflexes time bomb" "I could say the same to you!" I levitate my self high up and charge a beam. "You might wanna get away from the blast zone" "heh?" I blasted it and. . . Whoops

[It's obviously smaller, but this is all I could find.]

"Holy shit." He gasped. "I went too overboard huh." He just started at me in shock and then.

"Alter, do you think that I'll die someday. . ." A girl with red hair said.

"Well, I killed you. Maybe you can." A girl with white hair responded.

The red one seemed to be lost in thought. "What was the metal used? In that sword."

"I think it was the ore found in the celestial realm, why?"

"Just. . . asking. I just want to say little sister, I love you."

The white one smiled and said "I love you to-"

"AH- what the- Midoriya?" I asked, frightened. "Oh my- N/N, are you ok?!" He answered, panicked. "Yes, yes I'm fine. I'm sorry for worrying you." I must've blacked out or it was a comma how long. . . "How long was I asleep for?" I asked. "About 4 hours, why? Oh! Your repercussions of your quirk!" He said, suddenly his entire aura changes from the mention of a quirk.

"Heh, I'm glad I was out for only a bit." I said, a bit relieved. I can already hear the complaints of my dad. Oh no. "Yeah, I heard from Kacchan that you used a laser beam to make a crater then pass out." He said. "I wanted to go smaller than that. . . guess I have to study some more." He just looked at me like I was mental, but then just hugged me.

Eh? C-cute!!

I hugged back. I'm glad he was my first friend here in Japan. My dad said in America I had a couple of friends, but I forgot everything from there. I wonder if it was like this.
