TW// Robberies, implied murder

When Tommy got home, he was expecting an empty house, due to the note on the fridge this morning. What he came home to was completely different.

It was complete mess. The fridge was wide open, no sign of the note. There were kitchen towels laying across the counter and couch in the living room. The couch had cushions missing, strewn across the floor. The TV was on, but only static was going through. The remote was nowhere to be found.

He went upstairs and saw clothes scattered everywhere. There were drawers open in all the rooms, the bathroom was a complete mess, and all the doors were wide open. But there was absolutely no sign of any of his family, like the note said there wouldn't be.

He quickly went to his room to make sure his secret items were still there. He had a strong suspicion this had to do with his and his family's job.

He went in the closet, where he kept the duffel bag, and sure enough, everything except for the mask was completely gone. Now, this could wither just be a regular burglary, like what happened in their small town, or this could be bigger. I assumed the latter as his job wasn't exactly the safest when it came to certain people.

It also didn't help his family was away.

At least they would be back the next day. Maybe he could hide everything and make it seem like nothing happened? But that seemed too good to be true. To be honest, Tommy had no idea what he was going to do.

He was scared. True, he was in a badass group of teenagers who could practically do anything. But that's the thing. They were still teenagers. They were children, as much as they didn't want to admit it. And they had the right to be scared, just like anyone would be in this situation.

Tommy debated telling the rest of the group. He came to the conclusion that it would probably be for the best, and promptly stood up from the floor he was sitting on and headed for his phone -which he left in his backpack in the living room- too distraught to think properly.

He called his friends, Tubbo and Purpled picking up. No sign of Ranboo though. He was desperately hoping nothing bad had happened to the tallest of the group. He asked if the two others could come over and they agreed.

Once the two got there, they were immediately scared due to the fact the house still looked like there was a wild animal in it. Tommy hadn't bothered to clean anything us, being too shaken up. Without a word, all three went to cleaning the house to their best ability (which wasn't a lot).

After about two hours they finally decided the house looked half-decent, hoping nothing looked too out of the ordinary.

None of them would admit it, but they were still a bit worried for Ranboo. None of them had heard from him since he left the park, and they didn't know what was happening.

"So. What do you think happened?" Purpled was the first to speak after a while. The others looked over at him, seeing his concerned, yet expressionless face staring right back at them.

"I don't know. I came home and it was like this. Do you think it could have something to do with... last week?" Tommy said. The others looked at him in disbelief, never guessing he would actually suggest that.

They all agreed to never speak of last week, so the fact Tommy brought it up so suddenly and non-chalant sent a wave of panic through them.

"What the fuck are you talking about? It was probably just some weirdos looking for money." Tubbo says, a bit too aggressively for the others liking. It wasn't often they got in fights, but when they did, they were never over simple things, and they lasted quite a while. That's why no one really wanted this to get further, because if it did, who knows how long it would last.

"What do you mean?! This was obviously more then that, and you know it! Your being stupid Tubbo. It obviously what I think it is, right Purp?" Tommy practically yelled.

Purpled looked in between his two friends, not wanting to get involved, but knowing he has to as to not get in even more trouble. He did agree with Tommy, but he couldn't admit it as if he did, they could be in even more danger. It was better to act as if he thought it was just a normal robbing or something.

"I think Tubbo's right. Let's not jump to conclusions here." He said rather calmly. He looked over at Tommy, to see the younger practically fuming. Tommy looked ready to punch someone, most likely being the other two in the room.

"Get. Out." Tommy said, scarily calm.

The two others paid no question and shuffled out the door rather quickly.

Tommy wasn't actually mad. He wanted it to seem that way, so they knew that they should've looked more into this situation. He was just scared. He was a scared teenager that didn't know what to do in this situation. His family was away, and he didn't want the person coming back in the middle of the night only to find a lonely kid sleeping.

Who knows what could happen?

He was also concerned. No one had still heard from Ranboo. For all he knows, he could have had the same problem when he got home as well. Or something worse could've happened. Hes got to at least be at school tomorrow, right?

At least he hoped.

Hoped for everything to be okay in the end. Hoped for his friends and family to be safe. Hoped that this was just a normal Burglary.

Hoped that last week wouldn't come back and haunt them.
