Annalise was dressed for training. Bella was coming, but that didn't settle for Emberlyn as she doesn't like the girl. "Emberlyn, you promise us that you will behave." Annalise said. "I can't have you trying to kill the poor human in front of the pack."
"I promise." Ember said as she ran to Edward and got on his back.
Annalise shook her head as she wrapped felt Emmett kiss her head. She looked up at him and they knew they must be going, but she looked at Edward to see he was gone. "Is this the right choice?"
"Yes." Emmett said. "Edward will keep her safe and we get to see what you got."
Annalise kissed Emmett before leaving. He shook his head and smiled as he followed his wife. ~~~ "Emmett, I still don't see why you and Ryan are proving who's the strongest." Annalise said as she braided Annabeth's hair as Emberlyn was playing with her mom's hair. They heard a vehicle and turned to see Esme pulling up with Bella. "Well." Annalise said as Emberlyn held onto Edward.
"Why is she holding onto Edward?"
"That's Emberlyn." Annalise tells Bella. "My daughter. Edward's true mate."
Bella paled seeing Emberlyn's eyes glow as she was going to ready to show Bella her gift. Annalise turned and shook her head. "Now."
"Mom."
"Ember, listen to me." Edward tells her as she looked at him. "You promised me and your parents that you would behave. I'm not leaving your side for her."
Emberlyn nodded as she hugged Edward. Annabeth squealed and ran making them look to see Jacob in wolf form. "Time to train."
Bella knew she was alone in the world now. Edward had his mate and Jacob had his imprint. One of the wolves walked over to Bella and froze when their eyes connected. Edward smiled as Bella finally found someone. "Edward?"
"I'm sure everything will be fine, Ember." He tells her. "The drama may be over with her, but we have this battle."
"Then we can live on forever."
"Yes." Edward said as they looked at Emmett and Annalise training. The sound of her laughing at how childish he was because a girl won made them smile. "Forever with peace."
