Nemesis POV.

We worked all night, healing for injured pirates and warriors and in the morning we were all tired.

Once we were out of cabins,Aelin tried to heal Abraxos but not much on her or mine surprise witch didn't allow anyone to get close to him.
But the beast was injured and he needed help and when Manon and Aelin fell in fire, arguing and shouting at each other,I took situation in my hands.

I walked toward the beast, ignoring warning glances of males. Manon turned around to see what's happening and once she saw me,she snarled at me,starting to walk toward me but I looked her dead in eyes and said with voice sharper and harsher then any time before "Just try to get me."

Manon stopped walking but still snarling at me with now her iron teeth and nails out,but it didn't impressed me much "Go on. Attack me,if you are stupid, heir. But while you and queen spend your time ARGUING over literally nothing,I am the one who decided to help your wywern. So be a little grateful and shut the fuck up.",I snarled those words back at the witch and turned my attention again toward Abraxos.

Honestly,I was thinking she would try to do something, but she just came close, watching me like a hawk, healing her beast.

Once I finished with cleaning his wounds, I looked at Abraxos's eyes. Those were eyes of beast,of animal,of monster capable of destroying cities to the ground, but so was I and I allowed myself to let that main part of me,took over my body, allowing for Abraxos to see what others could not.

And I started to speak him on my native language and as it looked like, beast seems to understood something of what I spoke to him.

Abraxos,my name is Nemesis and I am here to help you.
I am like you and you are like me.
Let me help you.
No harm from me will come to you.
I swear it.

Manon demanded "What did you said to him" and I raised my one brow and said "What I needed witch".

She just grinned terrified at me with her iron teeth and others tensed again but I grinned back like a beast, with all cannies out too.

I returned attention to Abraxos
Relax. It will hurt but it's gonna be okay once I finish with you.

And as I used my healing magic to heal him, using alltoghet with it and heat, though fire have ability to heal to,beast roared and I snarled back at him now saying on language they could all understand "I am trying to help, you stupid bastard. Calm down."

Once I closed most of his wounds,I stood up and said to the witch "Your welcome."and walked away.

Gavriel met me on the halfway and said "It seems you get trough this healing eaiser than mine."
"Yeah well I better understand beasts and I am better in healing them.",I answered.

"Why did you take the risk of witch's wrath?",he asked me quietly.
"Because how much witch can be bad,I can be much worse than her."
"Or I was at least.",I replied looking toward witch who now took care of her beast herself.
"Well you did great. You stopped her with mere second. ",he said and Aelin added by words, walking toward us "Indeed. Something even I could not understand."

I smiled at the young queen "Well majesty, that was a mistake if both of you. While you spend your time arguing I decided to help the beast as I already told that to Manon. If he were more injured,he would die because of that wounds and because you two spend time arguing instead of making pact of peace just to help him."

I waited. I waited for her some sassy response, for her outburst for what she is known for,but she just said "I know."

And she then looked between Gavriel and me,and obviously remembering what she saw on my face yesterday, she asked me "Can I speak with you? Alone?"
"Of course.",I said and Gavriel moved away from us,giving us a space, but I used the same trick when I talked in woods with Rowan over the voice I heard and put spell around us so no one could hear us.
