Dedicated this part to the person, who has supported me with both in-line comments and messages to continue this story! I have written this version, just for a shot. Her messages made me change my mind and continue the story as a new book!

This story starts from Season 7, Episode 25, at part - 19.27, of the serial Ishqbaaz.

Plot: What if Shivaay found out that Annika has been seeing him through video call that day? How will he react to the truth, afterwards?

Plot situation: Shivaay throws Annika out of Oberoi Mansion. He knows the fact that Pinky is angry with Annika, but he never connects it with the weird behaviour of Annika. He visits Sahil, who asks for Annika, but he couldn't give a proper reply. With all this stress of the incidents happening in his life, he felt an uncomfortably in his chest. Annika sees him on the way and gets to know about his condition, but before she could go and check properly. He has already gone to Oberoi Mansion. She calls Rudra to check on him. Meanwhile, Shivaay started feeling so hot and started feeling uneasy. he removes his coat and at last, he faints. Rudy, upon, Annika's instructions knocks at the door. Seeing that, Shivaay isn't opening the door, he pushes opened it. He calls the doctor, who informs him that Shivaay got a heart attack. 

As the doctor goes, Rudy indirectly hints at Pinky to bring Annika back, as she was responsible for Annika's exit from the house and the latter ignores it as usual. Rudy keeps the phone in a video call with Annika so that she can see him. After some time, Shivaay again felt discomfort in his chest and keeps his hand on his chest. Annika calls out for Shivaay involuntarily.
