"Group 2 are at their stations." Clonetrooper read from his current report. "Everything is in check. No supernatural abnormalities recorded."
"Excellent," Roblox commented, not paying attention to Clonetrooper as he continues to type on his computer. "Any more news?"
The Admins have all gathered in the conference room, some admins were stressed while others appeared too oblivious from the current crisis. Builderman, Erik, and Matt all sat at their usual spots, absorbing as much new knowledge as possible. However, something seems off about them, instead of sitting straight, they seemed a little slumped over, their eyes almost closed and struggled to stay open. There are big dark bags under their eyes. Since the three oldest admins are too busy trying to keep the Myths out of Robloxia, Roblox was out in charge of everything else. This seems to make Roblox even more grumpy and annoyed more than usual. Who wouldn't be? Running an entire government was stressful enough.
Clonetrooper hesitated. He looked at his report and read it for the third time, his eyes stern and emotionless. Calculating.
"Well," Roblox turned to look at Clonetrooper, his eyebrows raised. "Any other news you want to share or are you just going to stand there?"
Clonetrooper cleared his throat. "There are some...issues that need to be addressed."
"Spill it," Roblox snapped his attitude slightly annoyed. "I don't have all day."
"Roblox," Erik gave Roblox a look whilst maintaining his calm and friendly demeanor."Please calm down. Clonetrooper is already under a lot of stress."
Immediately after, the three Admins all fell unconscious on the table, snoring. Roblox was on edge. He felt as if the whole world doesn't care about what's happening. He felt as if he's going to snap at any minute. The remaining admins all looked at each other with uncertainty. Clonetrooper cleared his throat again.
"For the past month, there has been an influx of aggressive protesters and riots, more so than usual."
"And I care why?" Roblox snorted.
"They have recently broken into the main capital building of Austin and there had been 8 reported casualties."
Small gasps made their way around the room as some admins began chattering and interrupting one another. It also didn't help that the 3 admins are still asleep on the large modern table. John Shedletsky then decides to take matters into his own hands.
"Everyone settle down." He raised his voice but still maintains his charismatic tone. "I know this situation is certainly tragic but we must think of a way to lessen tensions here. I'm open to suggestions."
When no one raised their hands Shedletsky shook his head. "Scratch that. We need to know when or where these attacks originated from."
Clonetrooper then walked up to Shedletsky and whispered into his ear. "I think I may have a theory."
"What is it?" Shedletsky inquired, curious as to what he had to say.
"Isn't it strange that these issues were noticed just now?" Clonetrooper scratched his chin. "The myths, the riots, and protests? These became a problem for about a month now and they weren't really an issue before that."
"Hmm." Shedletsky pondered. "You're saying that these events have to be connected to something?"
"That's exactly my point. Isn't it strange that all these issues became a problem around the same time? It can't be a coincidence!"
Shedletsky paused to let this information sink in. Now he sees Clonetrooper's point. This new chaos all seems to sprout out of nowhere. But everything has an start. Right? Shedletsky ran through some possible candidates that might have caused all of this to happen. After a few minutes of pacing back and forth, the only thought that came to mind is Guests. He couldn't question why Guests were the only thought to come up. It just did. But it has to be important otherwise he wouldn't think about them for more than a second. And before he knew it, he was staring at space, pondering.
"Shedletsky," Clonetrooper asked after a few moments. "You ok?"
This made Shedletsky grabbed his attention as he turned to Clonetrooper again.
"Pardon?" At first, Shedletsky forgot what this intern was talking about immediately after, he remembered. "Oh right, yes. Don't worry, I'm...fine. It's just...the only thing I got is Guests. I don't know why."
Clonetrooper scratched his chin. "Perhaps they might have something to do with all this?"
"But how exactly?" Shedletsky pondered. "They've been gone for more than a month now, how are they the cause for all this?"
The two admins didn't utter a word for several moments, only the sounds of loud chatter among the other admins are heard.
"I...don't know." Clonetrooper shrugged. "Maybe they're more than meets the eye."
"I'm more than positive I agree with you." Shedletsky agreed. "There's something off about this, and I'm going to find the bottom of it."
A/N: Usually I don't leave little notes in my stories but I feel like it's necessary this time. Again, I'm sorry for not posting as frequently as I want to. Some of you may not understand this but I care very deeply about this whole series. I want to provide the highest literature I can provide which comes at a cost. I have to frequently re-write and re-read my old works in order to patch any possible plot holes or decisions that are not logical or keep characters consistent. On top of that, I get writer's block and I have to re-work what happens next. In case y'all are wondering, no I will not discontinue this because I want to share and end this story on a happy note. Again, my apologies for not publishing as many chapters as possible. Lastly, thanks for reading my works it means a lot.
