I didn't feel safe.
I knew the first time since I saw him kill those men I knew we should have ran away fast as hell. But Jisoo didn't seem to mind at all, this stranger had threatened us, kidnapped us, put us at gunpoint and yet she seemed to be fine by it all as I watched her sleeping peacefully on the mattress we were given. Maybe she will suit this type of lifestyle.
I couldn't even sleep because of the thunderstorm going on outside. My mind was going through a lot of things which were indescribable and the world just seemed to be crumbling apart. Shit.
I just want to go somewhere where I can call home. I want to buy a house, marry someone, have children and live a life like any other woman wanted to. But now I'm being held captive by the stranger who is very handsome and sexy but is still a devil inside!
Suddenly, when the thunderstorm outside came to a stop, I made a run for it outside. Fresh Air.
Surprised nobody stopped me, but here I am trying to run away from that cramped up place. I was too close to Jisoo, I couldn't even sleep well. Tracing down the woods, I tried my best to find myself the city, or even at least a nearby river for some water.
At last, after walking for some miles, I saw light. City lights. I've never felt any happier. I can finally start my new life, with my new identity.
Feeling resilient, I started running towards these lights. By the time I reached there, my legs were paining me. It was probably around 2AM which is why barely anyone was around. We are in Busan after all.
Walking down the closed stores, I watched the small lake near by flow. So beautiful. Until I saw a small alleyway where I can rest for the night. Sighing, I made my way towards this place and sat down, holding my knees close to me in order to keep me warm.
Right before my eyes fully shut down, I heard a faint rattle which woke me up right away. Observing left and right, there was no one near me. What the hell?
I'm probably being stupid.
Just before I could fall back to sleep, I felt something inject my neck and something wrap around my face.
