I was more bewildered than ever. I was walking with one of the women I've hated so much. All unanswered questions filled in my head as I wanted to ask her so badly. "I know your desperate to ask whatever your going to say, so make this fast." She spoke. "Oh, um okay m-mother." I cringed at the use of 'mother.'
"Call me Florine." I nodded in response. "Why are you helping me." I muttered my first question as she looked down immediately. "I admit, I was a cruel mother to you, I shouldn't even deserve to be one. I knew you were the bullied, targeted one in the family, and once you left, I was then one." She spoke in a sad tone. "Jennie, dear, I'm so sorry, you deserve much more in life and I want to do something in return for all the cruel things I've done to you," Florine opened the back door, that I didn't know existed, wide open. "Go Jennie, please go. Best of luck for your future dear!" She waved before pushing me out of the house and shutting the door locked.
I wanted to hug her since I know I've seen a difference in her. She has changed over the years and it was for the best. I smiled to myself before turning around and running towards trees to trees not to be seen. Until there was a tall bushed area with a fence behind it. I pushed myself through the bush that was not luckily spiky but just soft. I climbed over the fence until I hit the hard ground floor on the other side.
"Victory!" I whispered to myself before turning around to the castle I was trapped in. "I promise once this is all over, you will be safe." I made a small promise to Florine.
Before I could explore deeper in the forest, I saw a flying vehicle, looking more like a helicopter? Once I squinted my eyes slightly, I saw Taeyong waving at me with a big smile.
My heart sank emotionally, they did find me after all.
