It had been weeks, but we're finally at King's Landing. Tired and exhausted from your journey. You were happy, not that you wanted to be so far away from home, but that the journey was over. As soon as you arrived father was ordered to attend to the small council, leaving you to attend to your younger sisters. You wanted to nap, so you thought it best to set off to your rooms for the time being.

You eased your way off your large chestnut mare. She stood tall with pride as she was walking off to the stables. Crone was her name, named after the Seven. You had believed in the Old and New Gods, wanting to respect as much as you could. When you were steady on the ground, you helped as Jory got your sisters off of their horses. You lifted Arya up under her arms and set her softly on the ground.

Jory leads you and your sisters to where you all would be staying, separate rooms, but close to each other. There are three doors in this hallway, one on the left, and two on the right. Walking up to the left door, you opened it to find yourself in a big open room.

In the middle of the room was a circular table, there was a bowl of fruits, a pitcher of wine with two glasses to accompany it, a couple of books stacked upon each other, and a candlestick. There was a sofa that sat next to the table, the pillows looked soft and comfortable. Up a few tiny steps laid a queens size bed, on each corner stuck out a tall bedpost. Silk draped from the posts, meeting in the middle. The backboard of the bed went halfway up the posts, gifting the feeling of comfort to anyone who rests their back upon it.

On the opposite side of the room from the bed, there was a desk, it was simple but elegant. Ink and quills, papers, wax melts, everything you would need. You ran your finger along the wood of the arms of the chair. The smooth wood curved in the middle, giving it a viny look.

There was a balcony in front of the desk, drapes hung from the tall pillars. Allowing you to close the balcony when you wished. A soft wind blew past the silky drapes, making them move. It was drastically different from your room back home. You took a deep breath in, walking back to the desk to sit down. Finally releasing the air you took into your lungs as you sat down.

Dipping the quill into the glass ink bottle, letting the excess ink drip off the tip of the quill. You slipped into your thoughts, thinking of what you will write to your mother and brothers. You wanted to say so much.

  Dear Family,
I've missed you all so much, I hope you're doing okay.
I got news that Bran has woken, tell him I love him.
King's Landing is boring without you all.
My sisters and I are all settled in our rooms.
Father will write soon. We love you all.
Write as soon as you get this.
                        Love, Y/n Stark.

Smiling to yourself as you let the ink dry. Lighting a candle to melt some wax. Grabbing y/c wax, allowing it to melt before sealing the letter with it. You scooted the chair back as you stood up, walking to the door as a gentle knock was heard. You opened your door to find Sansa.

 "Good afternoon, Sansa" You smiled

She smiled back, "Good afternoon, I was wondering if you wanted to walk with me to eat."

"Of course, I have to send this letter anyway" You offered your arm, "I assume you and Arya still aren't on speaking terms?"

She nodded, linking our arms together. "I understand, but she is your sister. You will make up eventually" You continued.

Both you and Sansa walked down the halls, conversing, allowing her to talk without interrupting. You didn't really wanna eat, you felt exhausted more than you felt hungry. Alas, you went, knowing your sisters would probably be at each other's throats. You had made it to the room, allowing Sansa to go sit down while you went to find father.

"I'll be back in a couple of minutes, I need to get this letter sent," You said, gently smiling as you excused yourself.

Knowing the small council meeting was probably over, you set off to find your father. You had found yourself in the Throne Room after a couple of minutes of walking. You stood in the center of the room, staring at the throne. You had heard the stories of it, Aegon the Conqueror smelting the swords of his enemies. His dragon smelting the swords.

Hearing the clatter of chairs pulled you out of your thoughts. Seeing the men of the small council head on their own different paths, nodding at you as they passed. Lastly, you saw your father. You greeted him with a soft smile, asking how his first day on the job felt. Obviously, he hated it. Laughing as your father sighed, wondering why he accepted.

You gave father the letter, "Please have this sent, I have no idea where anything is in this place"

"It is a very confusing castle," He agreed with you as he slipped the letter in his pocket.

"I must be on my way, my bed is calling to me," You said, laughing lightly as you took your leave.

A/N I'm sorry for a late chapter today, I had no idea what to write. I promise Sandor will be in the next chapters. I just want to do my best to make this story enjoyable. I'm still suffering from writer's block so please excuse the short or late chapters. Please give me ideas on how to bond with Sandor if you'd like. I hope you enjoyed it!
