Cameron's POV

Mrs Espinoza's eyes were bloodshoit she looked so pale,

"Mrs Espinosa may I ask what's wrong" I say rubbing her back ever since me and jade started dating I always classed her as my step mum she nodded lifting up her head she looked m straight in the eyes

"Cameron I always want you to be there for my daughter, she ma look strong on the outside but she is broken on the inside, one more break and she can't be fixed, after what I say I want you to comfort her be there for her and most of all put her in front of yourself for a few months" she whimpered she sobbed I'm was getting worried now

"Cam im dying I have 4 months to live" she cried I pulled her in for a hug she sobbed into my shirt I looked up at the door frame jade stood there
Shit she heard

"M....u......m" she whispered in between sobs her mum got up from her seat and practically ran to her she engulfed her in a hug and stroked her hair whilst kissing her she sang a lullaby to her but I didn't know it so it must one of her own

"Hunny its okay you have such a handsome, caring, willing fiancé in front of you he is all you need right now you will still have your dad" she whispered

"But mum you know all of my secrets you know how to calm me down when I'm depressed you always know what to say when I'm sad, you always bring me cookie dough ice cream when I need, your there when I need, loosing you would be like loosing one of my best friends I can't loose my mummy" she cried her mum separated and ushered me over to join the hug

"Cam I want you take care of my beautiful daughter" she cried more a rogue tear fell from my eye slowly rolling down my cheek

"That's a promise Mrs E I would never image of hurting your beautiful daughter ever she means to much to me that's why I asked her to be my wife" i said before she exited the house saying goodbye I turned to jade she had slumoed herself against the wall sobbing into her hoodie her head in her hands she was rocking herself back and forth muttering a song I heard a few lyrics

Usually hanging out with Peter Pan
And when we're bored we play in the Woods

I pulled her onto my lap for comfort I ushered for everyone to leave they respected my wishes

"Baby do you wanna go upstairs and lay down cause you tired" I asked she nodded I picked her up bridal style and took her up to our bed and wrapped her in our blanket I cuddled her in my arms she yawned and closed her eyes

"Thank you cam for everything" she said

"Do you want some cookie dough ice cream" I tried to lighten the mood she giggled before nodding I unhooked her arm and went down to the freezer I saw a bloodshot eyed matt he obviously had been crying, right now I don't care about bro hugs I walked to him and wrapped my arms around him he hugged me back crying into my shirt

"Thanks man" he said

"That's okay dude I think your sister needs you right now" I said handing him the cookie dough ice cream with 2 spoons

*****Matthews POV ******

"That's okay dude I think your sister needs you right now" he said he handed me some ice cream I ran up the stairs and into jades room ( your properly thinking I thought jade and Cameron have their own house well Matthew moved in with them) she sat there crying, rocking back and forth she looked up at me her eyes sadenned I approached her she scooted to the side indicating for me to come under the covers I did as she said and hugged her like I'd never hugged her before I handed her the ice cream and a spoon and she giggled.

After we finished the ice cream we cuddled up and flicked Netflix on

"Hey can we watch gbf (gay best friend)1 please its amazing" she pleaded I nodded flicking it on

"I love you, you know that right " I asked her she nodded

"I love you too Matty boo" I hugged her she snuggled into my arms. I soon heard light snores so I exited her bed and walked downstairs and slumped my back against the black suede sofa slowly slipping into a deep slumber.

I know this is a short chapter but I was literally crying at this please vote I want 100 votes by the time I'm finished this book which will be in a few chapter sad to see it go but I'll be writing another totally different book so thanks so much for the support
