Artemis' Point of view
The next morning I woke up feeling very well rested, opening my eyes and sighing softly I took in the surrounding of the room I was going to be staying in for the next three months, I would have to change a few things, first I would have to get a calendar to keep track of practices, major changes would come later, looking at my phone I saw that it was almost 8:30am so it was tim to begin the day, pulling some dark boot cut blue jeans out of my bag along with a black doctor who shirt, then slipping some dark purple fuzzy socks onto my feet I silently slipped out of my room to start exploring, hopefully none of the servants or workers where awake yet.
The first couple doors I opened up where nothing special, an empty office, bathroom, storage closet, another spare bedroom, farther down at the end of the hall was a double mahogany door with a name plate off to the side, Alexander Blackwood I swallowed as my eyes widened, this was mister Riches room, I walk closer as my heart starts beat faster, I freeze when the door opens and out steps mister rich himself, black hair, green eyes that flawless Russian complexion (I sound like a obsessed girl) I felt my cheeks turn red as he looked up at me and smiled "Good morning, did you sleep well?" it took me a moment to realize that he had spoke to me and that I needed to respond. " Yes, I did thank you."
He smiled and nodded, walking towards me he lifted a hand and tilted my chin up "Good, I would hate for guests to be uncomfortable in my home" he chuckled when my the blush on my cheeks darkened "I am planning a ball to kick off the start of the tournament, I hope you and your team will join?" I nod and gently pull my chin away from his hand "Yeah...the girls will love it, thank you for the invitation" I took a few steps back then turned and quickly walked away, the beating of my heart was hard and fast, I didn't understand why a man I hardly knew was having this effect on me, back at school I was know as the ice queen, many boys had tried to win my affection over but I was never interested in them, so I gave them the cold shoulder and broke many hearts.
Alexanders's POV
The girl that was to be my beloved was a shy feisty creature, it excited me to be able to get to know her, I was sure she was my long lost love Karianne reborn, it had been over 200 years and at last I had found her, I wouldn't loose her this time, she would be mine forever.
