The big move

One dark scary evening just after Lilly had turned 5 her family started arguing and fighting and shouting so loud until somebody called the police, This could just be the call that saves Lilly's life!! The police came and entered her home which the police soon discovered was unsafe for anybody let alone a child!

Moments later Lilly found herself in the back of a police car on the way to the police station but not because she did anything at all wrong but because she was safer there. She was finally safe. The police gave her biscuits and even played pool with her until her new social worker turned up.

Her new social worker was nice she was called Abby and got Lilly into a new foster placement where everything worked out for a couple of years, until she turned eight where she moved again to a different one as her placement broke down. This time she moved to a care home where she started going to a school called church view. Lilly had a new home and a new school which was very frightening too her.
