Their Story - Part 20

Tomura took the tattoo gun hesitantly. He looked at Dabi again.
"You don't have to do it you know." Dabi tilted his head.
"I want to though..." Shigaraki was okay with the idea of doing it now, he just didn't know what he wanted to do. Shigaraki remembered the sunflower Dabi had tattooed on a women earlier that day. He knew what he was going to do now.

"Is it ok if it's bigger?" Tomura asked. "Sure, but if you fuck it up, we're going to have problems." Dabi said jokingly.
"I won't." Tomura glared. He ended up doing it on Dabi's right hand after drawing his design up and putting it on the man.

Tomura began, his arms shaking a bit as he touched the others skin with the needles of the tattoo gun.
Dabi just laid his head back and closed his eyes as he let himself smile a bit. As strange as it is, the feeling of the needle jabbing into the raven haired man's skin calmed him just like flowers calmed the blue haired man in the stool beside him.

"What did you decide to go with?" Dabi opened one eye and looked at the concentrated man.
"You'll see." Tomura answered after a while. They stayed in silence for a long time. Dabi would occasionally look over and smile seeing how Tomura's eyebrows would furrow. "Cute" Dabi couldn't help but think.
He furrowed his eyebrows at the thought, confused by it.

 "So you've never done something like this?" Dabi asked.
"Well..When I was young I used to draw a lot..I still do sometimes." Tomura said. "Then why were you so nervous??" Dabi asked.
"Well I don't draw a lot. My dad didn't like it. Plus, I've never used a tattoo gun before." Tomura said.
"Just shut up and let me do this. I'm almost done." Tomura said.

After a little while Tomura finished. Dabi looked at it in awe.
"It's an orange Hibiscus. It's my favorite flower.." Tomura mumbled.

"It's really good..But why the placement?"

"I um...I thought if I put it there..You could look at it and it would.." Tomura paused.
"Remind you of me.." Tomura mumbled with a huge blush on his face as he looked away.
Dabi had a surprised look that quickly faded into a smirk.

"Wow, who knew you were so cheesy~"

"Shut up." Tomura said.
Dabi leaned over beside the embarrassed man. He lightly moved Tomura's long hair behind his ea

He looked at the raven haired man who was smiling at him.
He blushed even more before smacking Dabi's hand away from his face as he sat up straight on the stool.
Dabi laid back again.

The raven haired man couldn't help but remember what Tomura had said.
"My dad didn't like it." Dabi repeated out loud.
"Huh?" Tomura gave Dabi a confused look.
"What did you mean by that?" Dabi asked. Tomura's eyes widened before he gave out a sigh.
"I wanted to be in the police force when I was little,"

"But my dad hated the thought, so I turned to drawing. My dad hated that just as much." Tomura said.

"He would take my art books and tear them up..He would also throw my art pencils out. It was always study, study, study with my dad. I don't think he ever told me he was proud of me once." Tomura bit his lip. "I ended up being forced to pick lawyer or doctor."

"I didn't like either of those options though." He paused.

"After seeing All Might on TV..I stopped caring about what my dad wanted and chose the police force." Tomura explained.

"But I ended up failing at that as well." Tomura chuckled.
"We're kinda similar in that aspect." Dabi said. Tomura looked at Dabi, he was smiling.

"I was put into police training at an early age by my dad. He would always tell me I had the right body and mind for the job."

"He just wanted me to be like him. He didn't care what I wanted or needed, he just wanted me to fill that empty void in him." Dabi had a mean glare on his face.

"Everything went fine at first. But then my dad decided he would train me as well, not thinking they were teaching me enough." Dabi paused. "His way of training was just pain. He would force me to fight till I passed out. He would make me stay away from my brother and sister. I was in and out of the hospital." Dabi said.
Tomura's eyes widened. Tomura just though Dabi was a spoiled pretty boy.

"i guess after a while he decided I was useless and he would begin teaching my little brother." Dabi looked at Tomura.

"I'm terrified for my brother." Dabi said looking into Tomura's eyes with a sad expression.

Tomura wrapped his arms around Dabi, pulling him into a hug.
"I'm so sorry.." Tomura whispered. Dabi's eyes widened as they glossed over. He closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around the smaller man.
