"Ah so you have come to explore this sacred place, young man?"
"Well.. you can say that um.. Sire", a shy grin on his thin lips as he was unsure how to address the older and much senior.
"You can call me 'Elder'. That is what they all call me", said the old-aged short and rotund friar in long light-grey shawls and sleeves.
"Tell me son, something seems to bother you".
"O-oh nothing Elder....", Taehyung trailed off while caressing a carved pillar of the old building, loving how ancient things held valuable art, "it's really nothing. I just wanted to get some fresh air. Away from the city life... I guess.. it is so peaceful and quiet in here", except the low humming of some monks in deep meditation outside the building.
"I think I'm gonna- I mean I am going to revisit this place whenever I feel my mind unstable", a dampened smile followed, contrasting his hopeful words.
"Even though you do not believe in God, you do agree this place provides a strange calmness in you and assurance of hope, right?"
"Yes, Elder. That I can't deny." he affirmed, "I find the same emotions in books as well. Other than them, I think now this is an alternate haven for me"
"You like to read books?"
"Yes, I love them actually. I can never express the undying passion I have for books.. the devotion I have for authors who have written wise words. Fantasies are my favourite.. as.. they are the only ones which makes sense in this insane cruel world", he sarcastically let his lips spread and curve up, an image of his hyung saddening him as he knew that he was the only world he had where he felt content and safe, optimistic and happy.
"Hm.. if you see the world from that perspective...." he lead Tae to follow him to a wooden desk in a walled off area, thick candles providing illumination for visibility. He picked up an old book from there, and placing it in Tae's hands, continued, "you will like a similar perspective this book offers", a strange crafty smirk curving his lips which went unnoticed by Taehyung.

It was around 1 p.m. The sun now shone full fledged on the apartments, the roads already beginning to dry out from the rain that drenched them an hour ago. However, as if having no care of his milieu, Taehyung laid on the bed on his abdomen with his palms lifting his head up, the book in front of him and his eyes fixated on it.
'A kingdom and his beloved ones he had to save,
Instead they forcefully pushed him to his own grave,
As all he could do was to hear their
shrill cries,
And now he awaits, awfully hollow asthe cold mercilessly within him sighs.
And all the warmth that surrounds slowly yet solely dies.'
Taehyung sensed that the book was somewhat seeming as if a narration of the Prince's story he had seen the picture of and he must had met with harsh circumstances, facing defeat in the process. Nevertheless, he continued reading, trying to avoid his habit to guess the plot of stories like these.
'It was a father's kingdom, the kingdom of Delvin, prosperity and glory in both its flags and land prevailed. Situated where ancient Maru used to, a land of magic, where magicians, strange magical creatures and dark wizards known as Malvagos were prevalent but not anymore, as they used to think.'
