It was 4 in the afternoon, Yejin was watching a show in her living room when she heard a knock on the door. She went to answer whoever was on the other side. And when she opened the door, the man outside rushed inside.

"Pack your things!" The man demanded.

"Uhm hello there?" Yejin said with her eyebrows raised because she didn't even receive a hello from her boyfriend.

"Bin, what is going on?"

"We're going on a vacation!!" Bin excitedly said.

Yejin smiled seeing her boyfriend acting like a kid who looks like he just finished schooling and started his summer vacation. Well with their line of work, a vacation could really excite them.

Realizing that Bin is in the middle of filming Confidential Assignment, she asked, "Wait! Aren't you still filming?"

"There was a problem with the schedule of our shooting location and the production staff can't do anything about it. We're given 5 days before we go back. Five days, Yejin! Five days!!" He's smiling from ear to ear while raising his girlfriend's hand up and down.

"Okay, okay. I'll go to my room and pack my things." She laughed. "Wow! This is a spontaneous one. We didn't shop for anything."

"It's okay. Let's just spend time together. Please, I missed you so much." He grabbed both Yejin's hands and gave them a light squeeze.

For a moment, she smiled and looked at Bin with such longing eyes. "Fine. Be thankful that I'm free this week." They chuckled. "And... I missed you too." She gave Bin a quick peck on the lips before leaving him in her living room.

---

They hit the road and played some summer playlist on the stereo, without Yejin knowing where they really were going. "Where are we going, by the way, Bin?"

"Muchangpo Beach. I already reserved a room for us in one of the hotels while I was on my way to you earlier." Bin answered.

Yejin's eyes widened in surprise, "What?! We're going to the beach?" Bin was stunned and looked at Yejin in confusion. He simply nodded to answer her. "Ya! You should've told me so. I

didn't bring any swimwear with me. I thought we're just going to a hotel and stroll around."

Hyun Bin smiled at her reaction. So his girlfriend was nagging at him because she didn't bring any swimwear. "Oh, there's a place near the beach where we can shop for your swimming necessities." He tried so hard not to laugh while answering his annoyed girlfriend. "We can also buy some sunscreen and floats." He teased, earning a hit from Yejin.

---

It was dinner time when they arrived at the hotel. Upon checking in, they immediately went up to their room and called room service to order dinner. They can't go out to eat in a restaurant since they were really tired because of the traffic.

Half an hour later, their dinner came and they immediately dug in and savored every taste of what they were eating. It was quiet. No one was talking. All they can hear is how they munched their food. The traffic also made them starve.

With the peacefulness of their room, they were startled when they heard a thunderstorm. Both of them looked at each other so surprised because the sun earlier was extremely bright.

Bin instantly checked out through the window, "It's really raining outside. But I think this will be a quick pour," He said while still chewing the food in his mouth.

After Yejin swallowed her food, she said, "Let's just go to the shop tomorrow morning then."

"You're still thinking about your swimwear, huh?" Bin chortled. Yejin gave him a "don't mess with me" glare and Bin quickly zipped his mouth.

Yejin just rolled her eyes and changed the topic, "Can we order ice cream for dessert?"

"Ya! It's already raining outside. You might get cold." Bin lightly scolded her.

"Please. I really want to eat ice cream. We can just ask for more blankets if it gets too cold." She playfully responded.

As an obedient boyfriend, Bin called the room service again after they decided to take a shower first before ordering the ice cream.

They both ate their 3 scoops of ice cream- a vanilla-flavored for Bin and a strawberry-flavored for Yejin. Bin glanced at Yejin who were all smiles while eating. She looks like a kid, Bin thought as he beamed at the sight of his happy girlfriend.

As they both finished, Bin gathered their bowls and placed them on the table as they both got ready to sleep and went back to the bed beside Yejin.

"Wow it really got cold," Yejin said and in the motion of reaching the room telephone, "Let's ask for more blankets?"

"No."

Yejin was surprised and confused with Bin's answer and stopped her finger that was about to press the room service button, "Huh? Why?"

"We don't need it."

"But I'm so cold."

Bin extends his arms to reach for her, "Come here. We don't need those blankets. I'll give you the warmth you need." He playfully said.

"Psh." Yejin said with a chuckle.

She gave in right away and lay down on her boyfriend's arm. She also extends her arms around his waist to hug him back and places her head on his chest. Bin enveloped her with a tighter hug- his left hand placed around her waist, his right hand caressing her back and his chin on top of her head, keeping her head steady on his chest.

"How do you feel?" He softly asked.

Yejin smiled, "Better. Better than blankets." She rubbed her face on his chest like a kitten and closed her eyes. Bin was delighted with her response and left a kiss on top of her head.

As an unexpected chilly summer evening arrived, the couple gave warmth to each other as they cuddled themselves to sleep and recharged their energies for the days they will finally be spending alone together.
