The Past Behind us

Chapter 4 (long dag ahead..)

"Huh,what do you mean?" I muster up my most compassionate face,"I understand I don't have to go-""No,no I understand." She cuts me off like I had done before,"I want you to go,LA is very expensive so I under stand!" She says in a very cheerful tone.I sigh,"So when are you leaving?""Tomorrow."

"What are you waiting for?Go pack!" She says shoving me into the hall and into my room.She took that very we'll.I'm not sure what to think,maybe she wants me to leave? I lean back against my bed frame and look around.I've lived here since forever, I never really traveled but now I'm going to be traveling constantly.

My life will be in constant danger,my life will never be the same..Maybe I'm over dramatizing this but I have to consider all possibilities,not to mention I'm going to have a whole new team.I start packing,going through my draws and grabbing my suitcase and carryon out of my miniature closet.

I fold the clothes and continue to think of my new team.I can't wait if I'm being honest my team here isn't the best,so I hope they're nice. I continue to pack in silence once again, today it seems like the silence never stops.It is now 10:00 I finished packing around 8:15,it took me a hour at least to find a good seat and a straight flight to LA.

I sat in bed I should be asleep right now but I'm not,why you ask? Because I'm too nervous to even think straight.I already booked everything and there is no refunds so no turning back,I can't be having regrets I shake my head trying to shake all my thoughts out.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!" I wake up to my alarm going off. What time is it,I grab my phone and turn the alarm off.'5:00 am' time reads. Then it clicks, crap crap crap!I stand up as fast as I can getting dizzy is the process.I leave as fast as I can getting out of my pajamas and changing into a suit,grabbing my badge,gun,and handcuffs.

I leave a note for my mom which writes 'Hey mom,it's a bit too early to wake you up right now so I decided to leave a note! I'll be gone for at least 16 hours,I'll text you after I get through customs. Love you bye!' I grab my phone and get a Uber while bread toasts.I put the toast in my mouth and put my backpack on and grab my suitcase and carryon one in each hand.

I walk down the stairs finishing my toast and walk up to a blue car that I recognized to be my Uber,a woman came out of the car and spoke. "Midoriya Izuku?""Thats me!" I replied in the nicest voice I could muster in that early of a morning.

Putting both my suitcase and carryon into the Trunk I sat in the back seat.We drove through my neighborhood,it was really nice if I'm being honest,didn't make that much money so we were middle class but where we live was still nice.We finally made it onto the freeway I look outside the window at all the cars passing by.

This is going to be a long day.
