Anyways, let's just get motivational!  How about that?

I'm going to say this, you can't focus on physical health before mental health.  At least, that's how it works for me.  I can't do anything if I'm feeling down in the dumps.  If a therapist tells you otherwise, they are wrong.  Therapy is to treasure mental health, and if by keeping track of physical health is affecting your mental health, don't focus on physical health until you feel better mentally.
