If you don't mind me saying this, I'm so sorry that I got his design wrong-! I didn't realize that you changed it until after I finished drawing this-
I also hope you don't mind if I toned down his original colors of his flag- They were a little too bright for my eyes (my eyes are a bit sensitive to color, haha-) so I dimmed them down-
I also apologize for the wonky-looking wings-
And I just realized that he had a shotgun, not a hand gun- o hecc- Sorry-! :(
If you don't mind me saying this, I got a little inspired when you said that he had a dictatorial militarist government which reminded me of Melbor, so I wrote a little snippet about an [alternate universe] where Melbor finds out about RGB's existence- (I originally wanted to draw it out, but I thought that would be too long-)
