"Past"

     Keiko had a happy family she always helps people in need, she cares deeply from who she loves.

    Until, one day her mother got diagnosed with a deadly heart disease, her mother's medicine was expensive, so they were losing money.
 
    Her father was stressed from working and earning money so he started to drink alcohol, her siblings are also getting distant as if they were avoiding her.

   Then insults came until it became physical abuse and mental abuse, her sibling never help her, but she continued on with her life and ignoring the abuse she is getting until the age of 13.

*Keiko Pov*

     "You useless girl buy food!" said father as he continuously hit me and threw me money.

    Once he threw the money he left still angry, i got up and took the money and left to buy food.

    When i was walking, i remembered when we were still a happy family, but i just ignored it and continue what I'm doing.

   Once I'm at the store there was a robbery going on i immediately called the police i was lucky since the robber didn't notice me while calling the police, he was holding a gun and also loaded of bullets.

    There i see a little girl crying and the robber saying to shut up, but the little girl cried louder so the robber became more pissed and aimed the gun at the child.

    I felt my body moved on its own and held the child protectively like a barrier, the robber is behind me then.....

*BANG*

   'I felt my body go limp, my vision getting blurry as i see red and blue lights, i hear shouting saying' " hey can you hear me stay awake your going to be okay" 'then i hear another one' "  please don't die i want to say thank you for saving me when i was about to get shot"    'no need to worry little girl i hear you dont be sad' i said in my thoughts.

   That was the last thing knew when i blacked out.
