Emma had knew she always wanted to go into politics but never knew what title she wanted. She was planing as soon as she left to be president but wasn't sure. There had never before been a female in that high a ranking. Emma is only 18 years old only had her clothes on her back and a political degree. Her mom never was home, and if she was, she was almost worked
to death and unable to interact with her children, much less the youngest, and her father lived in another state half way around the country. He never contacted or had anything to do with her or her brother and sisters. She was planing to leave when her mom left for work at 5:00 in the morning. Emma had saved enough money to buy one train ticket, so she packed some food and put her note on the kitchen table and was gone.
Later that morning when her brother got up he read the note and called the police and then their mother. They looked all over town but couldn't find her. By now the 18 year old was already near Washington D.C. All alone with no one to talk to, her check up against the window, just wishing she could have a friend in the lonely world. "End of the line!" the one of the men called out. When she got off the train it smacked her in the face a sign of her that the police put up everywhere. She put her hoodie on and tried her best to avoid any guards, police, and authorities that she came across. A man with a dog called out for her "Ma'am?". She started walking faster then faster, until she was in a full run. The officer started running after her but when she ran out the train station he lost her. He contacted Emma's mother and told her that he had saw her in D.C.
Later after everything happened she ended up bumping into the president. He told her that her parents needed to be watching her and she needs to go and find them. After he said that, she was like a bird with no wings. She got angry with him, because for her whole life she had to struggle and work from a young age. He could get a smoothie that cost as much as she made in a week for free, he didn't understand how the world really worked. She promised herself that day, she would get her revenge.
