POV is in third person unless said other wise.
Tsukishima felt different waking up today. Maybe it's the slight smile or warm fuzzy feeling in his chest. But he felt lighter as if he had something to look forward to. He still felt trapped in the same routine but there was something just a little bit different.
Yamaguchi. He was like a breath of fresh air in this piece of shit world.
But will he ever admit it? no.
He packed his bags, ate breakfast and got ready for school. As he walked out the door, he wondered what other interesting things will happen today. Just as he crossed an intersection, someone bumped into him.
A green haired boy around the height of his chest...
"oh? hey! tsukki! good morning! " Yamaguchi said with a smile. The younger boy's smile was just so blinding that Tsukishima instinctively squinted his eyes.
"hey, yamaguchi..."
"wanna go to school together?" he asked. His eyes were practically sparkling, how could anyone ever resist??
"sure."

As Tsukishima and Yamaguchi walked through the school gates, they got a ton of stares from their school mates. Boys and girls alike were whispering.
"is it just me or is everyone looking at us??" Yamaguchi said. This caused Tsukishima to raise an eyebrow and look around. The people who were staring at them looked away but there were still many whispers.
"maybe it's because your my only friend?" Tsukishima said as he turned to face Yamaguchi. Scoffing at himself. "let's go. before we're late to class."
Tsukishima walked Yamaguchi to his classroom. "hey...do you wanna maybe have lunch together?"
When he said that, Yamaguchi looked as if he had won the lottery. "OMG TSUKKI!!! I THOUGHT YOU'D NEVER ASK!! OF COURSE!!"
"wow uh see you later i guess." Although it looked like the blonde boy could care less, I bet my left pinkie toe his inner self was practically flying.
"OF COURSE, SEE YOU!!" The freckled boy replied back, way to hyper to watch where he was going.
Tsukishima's POV:
I was in a good mood however, everywhere I go, people kept whispering and giving me weird looks. Okay maybe it was a shocker that I made a friend, fine. But they're overreacting???
The hallways all the way to my seat, people acted as if I had just bought a pet iguana to school. it was getting annoying and thank the gods as I was about to snap, the bell had rung. Signaling the start of class. As everyone went back to their seats, I let out a sigh of relief.
"fuck my life." I mumbled out.

Yamaguchi's POV:
It's time for lunch and I couldn't wait any longer. This entire lesson I was fidgeting and bouncing my legs, I was ready to leave the classroom at any moment. You DO NOT understand how nervous and excited I was. When I was bouncing around schools and families, every time I found a friend, I had to move. I ended up realizing that they weren't truly my friends because they would always slowly disappear from my life.
