The first years were sent to different missions. Itadori, Nobara, and Megumi went to a Nishi-Tokyo city while Y/N and Mayumi were dropped off at an abandoned island near Tokyo bay by Nitta, one of the managers in their school.
Y/N and Mayumi were cautiously walking in the island and they ended up at an entrance of a cave.
"A cave..." Mayumi said
"We're going in. Stay near me." Y/N said
Y/N opened his hand and a glowing rock appeared on it. Y/N walked inside, followed by Mayumi. They walked for an hour and found a dead end.
"It's a dead end." Y/N said
"We should go back and investigate further." Mayumi said
"Right." Y/N said
Y/N and Mayumi walked back to the entrance of the cave, but Y/N realized something different.
"Hey. Don't you think it's weird?" Y/N asked
"Huh? Why?" Mayumi asked
"We've been walking back to the hole where we entered the cave and we've been walking for two hours already. It only took us an hour to get to the end of the cave." Y/N said
"Now that you said that..." Mayumi said
Suddenly, the cave brightens up and the ground shakes. A huge egg-like object came out of the ground and started opening itself.
"What's that?" Mayumi asked
"It's a cursed womb... How come there's also one here?" Y/N said
The creature came out of the object and streched it's limbs.

The Finger bearer looked at Y/N and Mayumi with it's weird eyes.
"What... is a special grade doing here? I thought it was only going to be a grade 1." Mayumi said
The Finger bearer suddenly disappeared and appeared infront of Y/N and was also about to punch him.
"Damn it." Y/N said
Y/N pushed Mayumi to the side and he creates a shield, but the punch of the Finger bearer broke his shield and sent Y/N crashing to a wall.
The Finger bearer looked at Mayumi and started walking towards her. The finger bearer grabbed Mayumi's arm and sliced it. Mayumi jumped away from the Finger bearer and her severed arm explodes. The explosion dealt damage to the Finger bearer while Y/N lands beside Mayumi.
"Your arm." Y/N said and his spear appeared on his hand
"It'll be fine." Mayumi said and her missing arm grew back
