Y/N just exorcised a low grade curse underneath a tunnel and he holds his chest.
"It still burns a little." Y/N said
"Y/N, you're alone. This must be the perfect time." Someone said
Y/N looked behind him and saw Okkotsu Yuta.
"Okkotsu-senpai." Y/N said
"Long time no see, Y/N, but please bear with me for a moment. You and Itadori Yuji are on death sentence after causing mass destruction in Shibuya. I'm gonna need to hurt you for now as fake evidence that you died. Just play dead. Gojo-sensei ordered me to help one of his students ever one of them is in trouble." Yuta said
"Yeah... sure, but weren't you training overseas?" Y/N asked
"Well, I came back, hearing you guys were in trouble." Yuta said
"Oh. I see-" Y/N was suddenly cut off by Yuta stabbing his chest where his heart was located
"I know you can heal that's why I'm doing this." Yuta said
Y/N lost consciousness and Yuta put his body on the ground. Yuta put his katana on his bag and the vengeful cursed spirit, Rika pulled Y/N's unconscious body. Y/N's heartbeat stopped, but he was healed by Yuta.

Yuta arrived and he saw Naoya Zenin fighting against Choso and Yuji.
Yuji was shocked to see a (not) dead Y/N being held by the collar.
Yuji tried to run away from Yuta, but ended up getting killed the same way that happened to Y/N. Choso and Naoya fought each other, leaving Naoya in a heavily injured state while Choso got knocked out by Yuta. Yuta healed Naoya in exchange for informing the jujutsu higher ups of Y/N and Itadori Yuji's deaths.

Y/N woke up beside a campfire and he saw Yuta sitting on a rock.
"What a relief." Yuta laughed
"I thought you were dead!" Yuta continued laughing
"I think it was around september. Gojo-sensei came to see me. He asked me to watch over you guys, so I had to put an act on." Yuta said
"Act?" Yuji also just woke up
"Gojo-sensei asked me to watch over you guys especially you, Itadori if something ever happens to him, but I never expected Y/N to cause mass destruction though." Yuta said
"Instead of allowing a different executioner or having all of your information hidden, I decided this workaround was best, but they aren't dumb. So, in order to get Jujutsu Headquarters to approve me as executioner, I entered a binding vow to kill both of you. So I killed both of you. Sorry about that." Yuta said
"Then, why am I and Y/N still alive?" Yuji asked
"Because of reverse cursed technique. At the same time your hearts stopped, I instantaneously healed you both with reverse cursed energy. I thought it might work based on what I've heard about you two. This is the second time your death has been staged, Itadori Yuji. Given the circumstances, they may find out soon, but for a time, they'll officially consider your death sentence complete." Yuta said
"Why are you doing all of this?" Yuji asked
"Because you're important to people who are important to me. I, too once bore a power I couldn't handle. I thought it had been forced on me, but I had invited it upon myself. But not you, Itadori Yuji. The power you bear isn't your own. And most of yours, Y/N. You both aren't to blame." Yuta said
