Kaleia was a young water goddess, and if she were human, she would've been the equivalent age of any ordinary seventeen-year-old teenage girl. Except as a goddess, she was way older than any human alive. In the immortal lands, she was 117, youngest of 5 daughters, the children of Poseidon and Amphitrite. It sucked to be the youngest, her sisters always gossiped in the sleeping quarters, but when Kaleia came into the room, they'd stop talking instantly and mingle around, pretending to read, knit, or just twirl their long, wavy locks of shiny, brown hair casually. Kaleia didn't mind much, because she never liked gossip anyway, but what bothered her was that her sisters excluded her because she was "too young" to hang out with them. She was the only blonde in her family and the most beautiful of her sisters—according to the other gods, which made Aphrodite go insane whenever Kaleia's name was mentioned. Kaleia was always lonely. Or that's what she always thought until now...
