Explanation: Reader is chased down by some wolfs in the forest until a unknown man comes and shoots down the predators.

They ran, as fast as they could. They tired to forget the pain in their legs from running for so long, trying to control their limited breath.

They huffed, as they climbed up a tree They dropped to the branch, trying to mix with the leaves, their legs giving up.

They gasped for air as they put their hands over their mouth.

The wolf's surrounded the tree sniffing around it for human flesh.

The Adult above grabbed some leaves/moss and put is over their wounds to cover the smell of flesh blood.

It hurt but it worked,

Til one wolf decided to look up into the tree. Seeing the Adult terrified state.

The wolf barked, gaining the other now interested wolves.

You gasped as the wolf tired biting at your feet, you tired to climb higher, but the rest of the wolves started to climb up the tree with their claws. You were stuck.

More wolfs came and filled the sides of  the tree, barking and biting. You closed you eyes and covered your ears from the sound of barking, the view of sharp blood thirsty  mouths, and the near death experience you were having just now.

Til it all stopped, by the sound of a gun shot hitting the sky.

The wolf's whimpered, forgetting their pray and ran into the dark forest they call home.

You paused, shivering from the cold air that hit your exposed injured legs.

You heard heavy breathing coming closer and closer, as you made your way carefully back down the tree.

You rested against the tree, still recovering.

A shadow went over your shivering form.

Your tired eyes looked up at the owner of the shadow.

A man with a bag around his head, tied at the end. A bullet hole at the side, you could have swore you saw an messed up eye staring back at you.

You were too tired to speak, too tired to do anything but rest. So that you did, you closed your eyes, knowing you could be in danger right now due to the stranger but sleep was hard to overcome.

You felt warm ness cover your body as you felt yourself being picked up. Gently, as if you were a box full with glass that could shatter any moment.

It was dark, your eyes were closed but you still felt the dying sun on your face, it wasn't cold anymore, you felt fuzzy fur all over your body up to your shoulders. Deer's fur?

You opened one eye to see you were in a bed, at the end of the bed stood a shotgun, leaning on a cabinet near the bed.

You whimpered at the stinging of your legs, you get up carefully.

You take the fuzzy blanket off your legs to see it wrapped in bandages, your left leg having a stick, due to breaking it when one of the wolf's bit it too hard.

You tired to get up but your legs said "no❤️"
You were about to meet face first into the ground, only to be met with a ruff chest.

You weakly look up to see the same bag tied around a person's head. With a familiar bullet hole.

He picked you up from your shoulders carefully. Letting you back into bed, not wanting to touch you any further, knowing consent exists.

He placed the fuzzy blanket over your body again, he took off his glove, revealing a gray, ruff, scared hand. He touched your forehead, checking for your temperature. He put his glove on again, and walked out of the room, closing the door shut.

You sighed of relief,

He opened the door again and walked over to the side of the bed, setting down a plate of deer meat and water.

He didn't have much to offer, but it was the best he had.

You sat up, and stared at him with soft eyes. Now you swore you saw blush coming through that bag, as he quickly left the room covering his .. mouth?

When the door closed, you giggled,

You looked over to the food and picked up the plate. Eating it quickly as you haven't eaten in weeks.

Using sleep as a way to forget the stomach pain.
You smiled, thankful for his help.

Now how were you going to repay him?
